My watch had received approval for replacement, but the "team leader" woman at the desk did not give the new watch because I did not have the box although I had not been warned about this before. She insistently talked about the necessity of the old box. I called customer service but did not get a response at that time.
I went home and got the box. In the meantime, Samsung head office called and said "the box is not needed, why would they need it?" When I returned their comment was "Instead of saying thank you you are becoming aggressive." Five-minute process took three hours for me. Terrible experience.
