A wonderful hotel! The location is very convenient - close to 2 metro stations, within walking distance of Termini train station, near a small supermarket with groceries and ready meals. In the evening, colored migrants roam around the station, but God has mercy on us, it even seemed that they were safe. The area is quiet, in the morning you can hear the bells ringing in the monastery nearby. The rooms are large, the bathroom is spacious (this is a big surprise for rooms in Europe - usually it's a matchbox), the breakfasts are very hearty, just like not in Rome! The staff is very friendly, we communicated in English. The cleaning is of high quality, there are all daubs in the bathroom.
A great place to stay in Rome. In winter, the room is warm, a chic bathroom and hearty breakfasts. The proximity to the train station and the metro is an additional plus of the hotel.
Great place, quiet and clean. 10 min walk from the train station and 10 min from the supermarket. There are excellent restaurants and an ancient fortress nearby in 5 minutes on foot. The terrace for all guests is at the roof level. In the evening, with wine, you can look at the lights mentally. Great managers, they always meet you halfway. Tutto bene. Mi piace albergo San Marco.
Clean, convenient location, nice large rooms. Of the cons: 1. Breakfast is a fairly modest choice, there are often a lot of untidy tables - the staff is not efficient. 2. They took money (city tax) for a child of 6 years old - they deliberately insisted on copying passports and knew exactly how old the child was. They were returned after a call from a separate guide. Not a bad hotel, but a big minus for the staff.

I lived in it for 3 days, in 2015. Pros: excellent location, within walking distance of all iconic sights and objects, near the train station and metro, close to a good food market, large rooms. Cons: poor breakfasts, "sluggish" and indifferent staff.
Great hotel. The rooms are quite large. From the balcony of the 6th floor, you can see the floor of the city. Good breakfasts in the morning. There is plenty of catering for any budget nearby, 5 minutes to the nearest village. 5-7 minutes to the metro station, bus station, railway station. The entire historical center of Rome is within a 3 km radius. It is quite possible to walk to any attraction in 30 minutes. A free map of the center of Rome is available at the reception every morning.
The hotel is located a 7-minute walk from Termini Railway Station. The hotel is nice, clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfasts are excellent, the coffee is grain. The entire historical center is within walking distance, but if necessary, the metro is 100 meters from the hotel.
I've been staying here for years. Excellent value for money. Hearty breakfasts. Good coffee. The staff works great and is not intrusive. Nice beds. Great location
Perhaps the best three-star hotel in all of Italy (I've been to more than a dozen others around the country). A great breakfast with a huge selection. Russian-speaking staff. The interior is very pleasant, it often happens worse in Italy. Everything was super here for three stars
I stayed at the hotel as part of an excursion tour. I am impressed by the spacious room, cleanliness, extensive full and varied breakfast and friendly staff.I recommend it!
It's quite good for its price range. 3 minutes to the metro, 10 minutes to the train station. A normal European breakfast. Right under the trattoria hotel. The food is good, the wi-fi of the hotel is caught.
Good 3*, full breakfasts, close to the train station. In principle, all the sights are within walking distance, but there are two metro stations nearby.
The hotel is conveniently located, near the train station, 2 metro stations, meeting places for excursions. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are good. They are trying to speak Russian. I recommend it to those who have come to visit the main tourist sites in Rome. You can walk from the hotel to both the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. Comfortable
The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, cleaning every day with a change of towels. Although the breakfasts are monotonous, there is always a choice. You won't stay hungry for sure. Delicious coffee and pastries))
This hotel is suitable for people who don't really stay at the hotel. It is located quite close to the historical sites of Rome. The Colosseum is a 30-40-minute walk away, if you are distracted by architecture and cafes. The street nearby is quite quiet, you can get enough sleep. But! The breakfast is very modest, the rooms are small and dark, there is practically nothing in the hotel itself. For a 4-star hotel, very, very little.
A wonderful hotel, cozy rooms, daily change of towels, change of bed linen every three days. A good breakfast. Quietly. There are small restaurants nearby. Termini train station is nearby, the metro, but it does not interfere. I recommend
Very convenient location. The center of Rome is within walking distance. Lovely room with orthopedic mattress and pillows. It was very important for us, because very early rises and moving from city to city exhausted us completely. Delicious breakfasts. The Internet in the hotel is very weak, but we didn't really need it.
A great hotel with an excellent location. Russian Russian was the service all of a sudden (the guy at the reception was Russian). I would like to note a rich breakfast, in Italy they did not give such a breakfast everywhere, there is nothing to complain about.
Great place, highly recommended
The hotel is good, it justifies three stars.
We stayed at the hotel for 7 days, and never changed the towel, of course, this is a minus....
Another minus is the Internet.
He was constantly disconnected.

That's the best experience! I really liked this hotel! For those who are still planning to visit Rome, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this hotel! Tested on yourself!
Everything is fine, only for the third person in the room there is a stupid folding chair.
And instead of dinners, they evaporate a voucher to some shabby cafe in another quarter, in which a crazy grandfather sits you down on the very aisle in front of the front door and brings you soup from all the vegetables they found and chicken with overcooked potatoes. And for some reason it's for Russians, but he brings pasta to Italians.
But the breakfasts in the hotel itself are just wonderful.

It's close to the metro, if you immediately understand the direction) the rooms are small, but they were cleaned well and every day. The breakfasts are just wonderful, the pastries are beyond praise.
Spacious rooms, daily cleaning, convenient location near Termini train station. But the neighborhood with the train station has a disadvantage - it is very dirty around. The staff is unfriendly.
