A small cozy bar. Technology and sound are not pumped up. Good snacks and drinks. One of the disadvantages is the service. It is very difficult for non-smokers to be in a small room, there is a lot of smoke. There are no waiters, the bartender worked at the bar and waited tables, which is not very convenient. 07/21/24 we celebrated our birthday. We did not like the large number of young people at the bar. The young people came and did not occupy the tables, smoked hookah and electronic cigarettes with the bartender, drank beer, ordered songs. At first everything was fine, but after that they began to get impudent and sing 2 to 4 songs in turn. They replied to our comments that they had paid for the VIP. The bar is small and when 10 or more people gather at the counter, smoking is not very convenient.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of Sanremo, namely the administrator Alexander and his waitress friend for refusing service "without explanation" on 10/23/2024 and for our amazing rest at the competitors' establishment in the building opposite the Department of Internal Affairs (without advertising). Three adults, accomplished, well-off positive people will never visit this karaoke again, where a couple of pretentious 20-year-old youngsters with megalomania and hypertranslation of their own importance "rule". At such moments, it is especially eloquently clear why this institution is empty on a weekday, and competitors do not have empty seats. Recommendations to the management: review the personnel policy, since you incur colossal losses due to these "children" and their subjective psychological traumas, which do not allow you to adequately assess the client audience.
