One of the disadvantages is the service. It is very difficult for non-smokers to be in a small room, there is a lot of smoke. There are no waiters, the bartender worked at the bar and waited tables, which is not very convenient.
07/21/24 we celebrated our birthday. We did not like the large number of young people at the bar. The young people came and did not occupy the tables, smoked hookah and electronic cigarettes with the bartender, drank beer, ordered songs. At first everything was fine, but after that they began to get impudent and sing 2 to 4 songs in turn. They replied to our comments that they had paid for the VIP.
The bar is small and when 10 or more people gather at the counter, smoking is not very convenient.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of Sanremo, namely the administrator Alexander and his waitress friend for refusing service "without explanation" on 10/23/2024 and for our amazing rest at the competitors' establishment in the building opposite the Department of Internal Affairs (without advertising). Three adults, accomplished, well-off positive people will never visit this karaoke again, where a couple of pretentious 20-year-old youngsters with megalomania and hypertranslation of their own importance "rule". At such moments, it is especially eloquently clear why this institution is empty on a weekday, and competitors do not have empty seats. Recommendations to the management: review the personnel policy, since you incur colossal losses due to these "children" and their subjective psychological traumas, which do not allow you to adequately assess the client audience.

A cozy bar for creative people. The atmosphere disposes a person to relax and show off his talents. The meat dishes are very good (we tried 3 types), there is a small assortment of salads, but this place is not for consuming food in exorbitant quantities. It is important here that a decent competition with vocal skills and not fans of disposable music is selected, then an excellent pastime is guaranteed. The staff is polite. The waiting time for the dishes is 15-20 minutes, which also pleased me. Prices are lower than in many cafes and bars.

Pros: the city center, convenient location of TV screens, work until 4.00, you can order at least a cocktail and sit until closing. Minuses: there was no plate with salt and pepper on the tables (we ordered snacks). When they were brought, it turned out that they were dirty, and the salt shaker had no cork at all from below, i.e. it was empty. Each table with visitors (2-6 people) has the right to perform 2 songs, and visitors with a company of more than 6 people have 3 songs. Each visitor at the bar (1 person) can also sing 2 songs. The transition of the "course" of the clock from table to table, including the people at the bar. At the same time (for some reason?) people "from the bar" sang 3-4 songs each without a break. (it seems that these are the regular singers of this institution).The bartender explains this by saying that they paid an additional 50 rubles each. (probably through the cashier! 😊) So you can wait 30 minutes for your turn to sing. and more. If any of the people at your table even brought a minvoda with them and drinks it, then all the people at your table are deprived of the right to sing karaoke before the cafe closes. Conclusion: I would not go again and I do not advise others, because it is unlikely that they will succeed in singing for their own pleasure.

Soon young girls came up, drunk and very defiantly singing and dancing, but this is not the most interesting thing. The most interesting thing was when their men came and then the showdown began, breaking glasses, dishes, mats, tantrums. It turned out that these are acquaintances of employees or management, I do not know... they threw each other, shouted, then a police squad arrived and these are all people in riot gear. For another hour they tried to calm these ladies and men, and all this time the police squad was inside, and they were like this, with screams, tantrums and a police squad celebrating a birthday. The administration did not calm down, did not try to withdraw, because this is a public place and people are resting there. Redneck, a terrible place, do not visit...

Not karaoke, but a nightmare. An institution for pumping money out of a visitor due to low service (if you want better, pay), and how could you put up with it, only even if you pay, it's not a fact that you will get the expected result. So, having paid to always perform two songs, you can still just not wait for your turn for an hour and a half. And the sound quality leaves much to be desired. In the same New Thai me, everything is much better in this sense. And maybe the kitchen could soften the impression, but no, the kitchen also leaves much to be desired. And, by the way, it's useless to write complaints, no one cares about it at all.

We came from Moscow , read reviews about the institution, decided to go there . A small room , seven tables of which 4 are empty with reserve signs .
There is no receptionist to meet the Hostesses, the waiter did not react to the arrival of the guests either. The DJ arrogantly asked in the spirit: "what do you need?" they explained that they had come to sing and have dinner. The DJ replied to us with aplomb that all the tables were reserved, there were no seats and there would not be any today.
Well , there is a collective farm , what can I say , keep it up 👏
You are very, very far from the level of service at least in the city!
And take action - a rural DJ with a sense of self as the "master of the world" is clearly spoiling your reputation as a customer-oriented institution - if of course you've heard of it …

I definitely do NOT recommend this institution. We arrived at 11 a.m. to visit friends at the DR. Some bearded guy (apparently the administrator), who did not even introduce himself, began, without offering any alternatives, to say that there were a lot of us (3 people), we could neither sit down, nor at least go and wait. There was enough room for all of us at the table where the friends were sitting. It seems to have agreed on the alternative that we will wait until 00.00, and if no one comes, then we will sit down. We've been standing outside all this time, and it's not the month of May anymore. As a result, this administrator started calling everyone who was late, as if on purpose so that we would not sit down. We didn't manage to sing any songs.
As a result, wasted time, spoiled mood, etc. with conflict. Sanremo, change the staff. If you want to waste an hour of golden time, then come only to them.

There were four of us, one of us was in gray pants and red socks, we were not allowed to sit at our table because of the dress code, the same receptionist who gave information on the phone. He agreed that it was his mistake not to warn about the dress code. As a result, the evening is ruined. When we offered to take our table with the three of us and the fourth one was going to change, he did not agree, citing that there were free tables. It is not a little important that at that time a couple of guys vacationing in sports uniforms were present in the bar, the question is what are they better for? I don't recommend it at all
