Good day everyone! I want to share an unpleasant experience. After making an order at the SunCity pizzeria at Panfilova 51A (consisting of 3 pizzas, pickup), I was disappointed. Her daughter sent to pick up the order and instead of the stated time, the child waited for the order for another 20 minutes. When the child brought the pizzas home, two of the three were burnt. I had to go back to the institution.… After bringing the burnt pizzas with me, I asked for the receptionist, but he wasn't there. The waiter tried to convince me that pizza should be like that. Then I invited the director, he did not want to admit the mistakes of his staff and insisted that everything was fine with the pizzas. Then I showed them a photo from the menu on their website and offered to compare it with the finished products they had sold me. To which they replied: well, you didn't specify the degree of roasting! I was told that if the pizza is the same as in the photo, it will be raw! That is, in this cafe it is either raw or burnt. There was an unpleasant aftertaste, the cafe management is indifferent to customers. Considering that we have repeatedly visited the cafe and made orders. In this situation, neither the money was refunded to me, nor the order was redone.
Those who use the delivery of this network or pickup, check the products immediately! I wish the administration to find good chefs!
Edited: Good evening, everyone! After I left a negative review, a representative of the pizzeria chain contacted me, clarified the details of my indignation and offered to replace it with delivery.
This time the pizza was not rich, the taste (we ordered to try new pizzas) we really liked it. Thanks to Egor for following the reviews of the network and striving to maintain his image.
For our part, we were pleased with this attitude from the pizzeria.

There are no questions about the food- it's delicious. The situation with pickup is unclear: you order pizza and they take out a pizza box, just a box, it's not clear how to carry it, apparently you haven't heard about pizza box packages in Sun City, it's convenient that it's nearby, but it's easier to order delivery from others because it's more convenient.

If you get a hair, then you still don't understand what causes stomach upset. They demanded to call the chef, some schoolboy came up, it turned out that the CHEF of this eatery is 20 years old! Can you imagine what kind of chefs are there then?))However, he is obviously a relative of the owner, because he began nervously calling his master and telling him in a free form that they wanted to write a complaint against him. Who wants to eat garbage from a schoolboy - velkom), but I don't set foot here anymore!
