The company is famous for its disgusting customer service, and the quality of cable TV services provided is terrible. Constant cable TV outages. In case of equipment breakdowns or cable damage not caused by the client's fault, the company still extorts money from the client for equipment repairs and cable replacement. Repair workers have to wait for 7 days. Sana Plus has the highest tariffs in Odessa. Customers have nowhere to go, because the company has seized the monopoly right in the Primorsky district to provide cable television services.
