We stayed in the Narochansky Bereg building. And we really liked everything!
1. Polite staff. The maids cleaned regularly. The guys in the dining room are polite and fast.
2. Procedures. Everything is on time and on schedule. Polite and friendly. I've never waited long.
3. Nutrition. Delicious, plentiful. Yes, this is sanatorium food! But it's good. Butter, cheese, fruits, kefir, cookies or sweets are on the table every day.
4. The territory is clean and beautiful. There is a mini menagerie. Beautiful pine trees, a rose garden near the entrance. Close to shops, pharmacies, and the waterfront.
5. Rooms. We have a renovated building with fresh rooms. Everything is fine - clean, fresh. The bed is beautiful! They slept like the dead.
6. Parking. It is completely free on the territory of the sanatorium.
Now, despite the fact that my score is "5", I will still write about some disadvantages. They are acceptable for us, but for someone they can play a role in choosing a vacation:
1. There is an elevator, but it is turned off. We lived on the 4th floor. It's too heavy!
2. Poor water pressure. There is often no hot water in the morning. But somehow they got used to it.
3. On the huge balcony, a couple of chairs and a table would be nice.
4. We really need nets on the windows, as flies fly into the room. We bought a sticky tape and solved the issue.
5. I really want the therapist who prescribes the procedures not to say various unpleasant things to my face about who looks like and what he comes up with / does not come up with about himself. We are all human, we are all different. Everyone knows everything about themselves.
If they ask me, do I still want to come back here? I will answer that yes. The disadvantages were very insignificant against the background of all the advantages!

The old Soviet sanatorium.The food is wonderful, everything is very tasty, buffet style. The service is good, the staff is polite. Rooms of different levels. We had a good one in the 1st building on the 4th floor. There is a kettle, glasses, cups and plates. But there is no hair dryer. The view is beautiful: on one side of the sanatorium there is a lake, on the other - pine trees. Fresh air and silence. It's a long drive from Minsk, 2.5 hours. The treatment is excellent. There are all the necessary procedures, mineral water in the pump room, massage, a wonderful cosmetologist. Only the pool in the neighboring sanatorium, unfortunately.

The room stock is different - there is a good one right on the 5th ( on the 4th floor ) we lived once on the ground floor ( in the first building) simple - clean - and also lived in a family room on the 3rd floor - it is very comfortable and large - but requires repair , especially the bathroom and toilet , and I would like to refresh the linen .
Procedures ( all nurses and especially in the electro treatment room ❤️❤️❤️👍🔥🔥🔥)
Food - I love it - you won't get better and you'll eat - varied
But since October, the buffet - I don't know how it will work there 😔

Sanatorium trade union, prices for accommodation, treatment are very affordable, located on the shore of Lake Naroch, located in the village near pharmacies, shops, near pine forests. This is one of the advantages)). Cons: there is no pool, the service leaves much to be desired, the food is a buffet, of course we did not go hungry, but somehow without much pleasure. I took a comfort room, but it was very modest in all respects. The room was cleaned, the linen was changed a week later at my request. Towels were also changed upon request. The treatment prescribed for me was effective. In general, if you have no complaints, then I recommend it :))

A wonderful sanatorium! The junior suite in the 1st building is gorgeous!!! The heat was given on time! The food is normal sanatorium, there are very tasty dishes, there are average, but in general it is normal, there are coffee machines, fruits, vegetables on a regular basis, the canteen administrator is a very nice calm woman. But people are amazed who from the service "Shvetsky table" make a glutton for themselves and just rake everything from the hungry edge, we need to work with this). The treatment is very good, a lot of procedures are included in the package, in general, 5-6 procedures for each appointment in 10 days, and from 4 to 8 procedures per day, every day except Sundays the days are full of up to 16 hours of procedures, they paid the minimum for an additional one.services. the therapist Anna Olegovna is amazing, polite and responsive, the physiotherapist is mega cool, just respect!!!! The girls in the electrotherapy room are very kind and responsive to people! The head nurse does not remember her name, with a short haircut, red-haired and charming, a very good and responsive woman! In hydrotherapy, girls are not very responsive, dry, perhaps because of the load, but once again you will not ask them anything. The nature is beautiful, the local eel is very tasty! Yacht trips. It's a good place! If someone needs Turkey and 5 stars, then the pompous sanatorium "Priozerny" and "Sputnik" are nearby. In general, Naroch is a decent sanatorium!!!! I recommend it!
Positive: Many procedures are included in the package, if you take an additional one, then the prices are not expensive, cheaper than in other sanatoriums, good rooms on the 4th floor, a beautiful place and near the center of the resort village.
Disadvantages: the Shvets table did not pass the experiment for the first weeks, this is especially noticeable for people who ate on a customized menu until September 30, and from October 1 switched to the Shvets table, it seems that they were not fed at all))) Then the shift changed, and the dining room became more or less calm, there seems to be enough food. But, it is better to divide the flow of people, make fences so that everyone follows and takes turns taking food, make sure that the flow is civil in one direction as in all normal establishments. Make karaoke in the bar more often, the bar is idle just all day, people go there only on karaoke day and make money for the sanatorium. Question does the sanatorium need revenue? In general, it seemed that our bar was messing around, did not want to work, the bar was open until 2 at night, constantly moving.

A great relaxing holiday. The food is balanced, varied and delicious. The staff is friendly. There is a treatment - a lot of different things. There is a doctor who makes appointments, plus there are paid procedures, but it is better to coordinate them with a doctor too so as not to harm yourself.
The sanatorium itself is on the shore of the lake. The dining room, the medical building and the residential buildings with rooms are connected to each other. In case of bad weather, you can not go outside at all.
Numbers for any wallet. But you need to book in advance (we are in January for August).
One of the disadvantages is that there is a lot of alcohol in a very cozy bar on the territory of the sanatorium, but there is practically no snack! We found out about the paid possibilities of the procedures by chance, neither the doctor, nor the nurse, nor at the reception mentioned them.
The beauty of the territory was spoiled by the building elements left almost throughout the territory (either buckets with beams of something covered with black film, fenced with a metal grate, or interlocking fittings and boards with bricks). The dirty lanterns in the cobwebs did not add to the pleasant sensations either.
And there is also such a moment, which is also not talked about in the sanatorium by a doctor, not at the reception — it is NOT recommended to swim in the lake from the shore. That is, at your own risk, you can swim, the coast is flat, shallow, the water is clean and beckons, BUT because of the semi-wild waterfowl fed by humans, the water is infected with avian disease, which causes redness and itching of the skin in humans. All this is not fatal and generally not dangerous, but I doubt that it is pleasant.
Therefore, you can swim only 150 meters from the shore, walking this distance along the pantone bridge to the pontoon pier. And walk along this pontoon bridge with a maximum width of 1.5 meters (and in my opinion only 1.3 m). that's still an accommodation, because you're afraid to fall off because there are no railings., but it sways in the wind and walking. Of course, if an adult falls there up to the waist almost to the very end, but I think it's a pleasure so-so. That's why you shouldn't even go there when you're drunk!
Well, as a bonus to the sanatorium, it is located next to the village (behind its territory is the village of Naroch). The store and the market are 500 meters away at most. There is a very tasty hot smoked fish on the market. The price is a bit biting, but very tasty! There are also cafes if you want something hot in the evening... There are industrial goods stores, pharmacies, and a post office... In general, the entire infrastructure. For active entertainment, away from the sanatorium - 500 m. there is a place where you can order and ride a sailboat, catamarans, boats, on a bun that is pulled by a motor boat. I will not write prices, because next season they will probably not be relevant. Well, on the way to this boat station there is a spring to which many people go and get water. We didn't drink it raw, but the boiled one was very tasty. (The boiled water from the sanatorium tap is terrible, even boiled). Well, catch up on boats... On the territory of the sanatorium, you can take a ride for money only by rowing a boat. They didn't have catamarans now.
Of the entertainment organized by the sanatorium itself, there were dances on the summer playground, from 19.30 to 20.45 - for children. And from 21.00 to 22.45 - adults.
Conclusion: we really enjoyed our vacation. Let's go again!
And as a bonus for everyone, a few words about the second sanatorium "Narochansky Bereg". He is attached to the Naroch sanatorium. a branch, so to speak. It is located in the forest about a 15-minute walk from the lake. The buildings are all there separately. More updated, but for all the options described above, you will have to walk these same 15 minutes + 15 to the store in the village every time. Despite some skeptical mood and the first experience of such a holiday, the sanatorium "Naroch" left quite a pleasant impression. Perhaps there are more interesting options for recreation on Lake Naroch, but the view from the window on the lake itself was very captivating. It was nice to wake up to the sound of waves, and the sunny weather in October lifted the mood in the morning. On the balcony overlooking the blue expanse, you could sunbathe in light clothes. As for the experiment with the buffet (an innovation from this year), I would not dare to repeat (: A delicious selection of healthy food, but if you try everything and do not stop in time, then in addition to impressions you will bring home extra pounds. And just in case, it's better to take more spacious clothes with you (: But moving between buildings helped to lose calories: to procedures, to the dining room, for herbal tea, to a hydrotherapy room, a gym, by the way, with exercise equipment, to a disco, to a pump room - three times a day, or even more often. The taste of mineral water is very mild, it is easy to drink, it does not stop. The choice of procedures is varied: there are those that are included in the price of the tour and those that are for an additional fee. From 14.00 there is a cozy bar with an Instagram view of the lake, which sometimes hosts karaoke evenings. The lake is at arm's length - enjoy, walk in any direction - there are many interesting things to see, try, take pictures. And the most important thing in any vacation is a positive mood, which must be shared with others.

Good location, everything is in the village. The sanatorium itself is good, if you take a ticket with treatment, then the price-quality ratio is more than enough. We have been resting here since August 05. We arrived for 2 weeks. I like everything-the sanatorium is located in sosnovy bor. If you breathe, you won't breathe enough. The food is very tasty and is cooked in a variety of ways. A customized menu, with a choice of 3 types of dishes. The treatment is also fine. The price of the tour includes 6 different procedures for 6. There are many paid procedures. You can apply for your own money in addition to the basic ones. The staff is attentive. It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to Lake Naroch. The lake is clean, but shallow. From the shore to the buoys, you can walk along the bottom.

A good place to relax, even very much. Cleanliness and comfort, clean air, beautiful nature, gorgeous views. And all this applies not only to the sanatorium, but also to the Naroch in general! Friendly, helpful staff. On the lake there is a rental of subs, excursions on yachts, a camping area. Good, varied cuisine. Four meals a day! The entrance to the sanatorium is free, but at the same time everything is quite dignified and noble. And it's all fun for 82 rubles. per day (without treatment)! Where can I relax like this? Bravo to the Belarusians! A small minus is that the rooms are a little more modern. And so above all praise.

We rested with my husband in the sanatorium from 03.06.2024 to 06/17/2024, in principle, I liked the rest, the price corresponds to the quality. Nearby is the sanatorium "Priozerny", it is more expensive on Purpose in 4-5 times, therefore the sanatorium Naroch is for unassuming people.
One of the advantages of the sanatorium is located on the shore of Lake Naroch, a village is located nearby, there is an Earth shop, a post office, a Belarusbank exchange office.
The rooms are modest, but there is everything you need - a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV, a bathroom, there is no hair dryer in the room.
The procedures are all necessary, the doctors and medical staff are polite, 3-7 procedures a day, there are mud treatments, baths, massage, physiotherapy. There are not many people, so you can safely get to the doctor and the administrator.
One of the disadvantages is the customized menu. The dishes are low-calorie, meat and fish are not always on the menu, mainly cutlets from a loaf. Therefore, I had to buy more fruits, sausage, and coffee at the nearest store.
My husband was refused to pour a second cup of tea, tea is brewed most likely in a vat, not an exclusive brew. Soups are liquid, not in meat broth.

We rested in early September 2024 , took vouchers for a week , but left 2 days earlier ! In general, the place is beautiful, access to the water, you can walk through the forest to the Priozerny sanatorium (by the way, there is generally a top🔥it is definitely better there, we rested there earlier) There is no strong entertainment in the sanatorium itself, the procedures that we were prescribed are weak, but again, this is our opinion! The food is the most budget-friendly, unpretentious (there is something to compare it with), it is certainly not a buffet, although since October they have introduced a buffet meal!
You can see the room yourself in the photo, although there are no such charms on the site, of course, but here you are, which actually spoiled the rest, I did not want to be in the room at all, there were midges on the windowsill, tulle in spots, a spider web in the corner, slopes with imperfections, well, in general, horror of course! They asked for a budget option ! We met a married couple and their door handle fell off, they did not want to change the number, under the pretext that everything was busy, but when they began to swear, they quickly found the number!We were with the children , respectively , that garbage, sand is constantly being carried around , we were not cleaned every day , once they even said that supposedly today you are not supposed to , what is it called ! There is sand everywhere in the room, does the child have to crawl on the sand because cleaning is not allowed?!!! By comparison, in Priozerny every morning when we left for breakfast, at that time the room was cleaned and we came to a clean, fresh room, the bed was made and everything was beautiful and cozy, but here it was exactly the opposite! A whole bucket of garbage , it's already the afternoon, and no one even moves to come to us!
Then my husband asked for at least a rag, so that when he came to additionally clean up the sand, water after a shower, bags to throw the garbage somewhere!
I would not like to go back there anymore, somehow I did not get the impression!

We are currently resting at the Naroch sanatorium with our son. A very beautiful lake Naroch with swans. There is a pier, you can swim, but people prone to allergies are not advised. The food is therapeutic, at first it seemed a little, we tried it on day 3), a varied, delicious free cappuccino. The treatment is usual, the package includes only 5 procedures, the rest were purchased for a fee, without queues, strictly on time, they do not like when they are late. My son really liked the mineral pearl bath. I need a massage chair). Pump room in the sanatorium. Bicycles are available for rent, 3 rubles per hour. There is a bus station in the village, 2.50 hours to Minsk. From the minks: uncomfortable pillows, mosquitoes in the evening, the waiters in the aunt's dining room are unpleasant, rude, there are few procedures in the package.

Food is a separate fairy tale, everything is very tasty and a lot and you can order for tomorrow what you want, and treatment. The rest is simply divine and we were lucky with the weather, thank you very much to everyone involved in this sanatorium, everything is arranged at the highest level. Not a bad sanatorium. Beautiful location, right next to the embankment, pine trees grow on the territory, there is a Playground and sports equipment on the street. The food is average, some were delicious, and some were not very good. There is no choice, what was given was given. But for lunch, you could choose soup from three. The coffee is running out fast. The room had a very old renovation, old bedspreads, lamps and curtains. In the evenings, discos, film screenings, and concerts are held. If you want to send your mother or grandmother on vacation, feel free to send it.

The bus station is located a little far away, so ask the minibus driver if he will go near the sanatorium, it is problematic to leave the sanatorium by bus, I do not recommend booking tickets from the carrier in advance, because I booked two weeks by phone, and when I arrived to redeem five days before departure, there was no reservation, no one even began to figure it out, there is also confusion in places, tickets are sold at the bus station with the seat number, and the representative of the carrier in the sanatorium sells it is unclear what, like a piece of paper without specifying a place, and the driver does not seat at the boarding station, so an unpleasant situation arises at the station, it was also on Catholic Easter, he could barely leave, because The state-owned enterprise does not provide for an additional flight, mostly private carriers.
The sanatorium itself is good, the staff is friendly, polite, the ticket office and the receptionist work every day, i.e. on the day of arrival you can get your own procedures, including paid ones, the bar at the sanatorium works seven days a week from three to ten in the evening, you can buy an oxygen cocktail in it, I would put four but there are disadvantages: in the gym, the mechanical simulators are broken, the food itself is not bad, but they are often delivered late at the appointed time, there is no schedule of their work on the doors of the treatment rooms.

They sell vouchers to their sanatorium on their website with check-in at the Narochensky Shore building, you buy a ticket, you think you will live on the shore of the lake, well, or nearby, but you find yourself a kilometer away in the forest, with a minimum of procedures and distance from civilization. Be careful when buying a ticket, the Narochensky shore building is located in the forest, to the Naroch boarding house on foot through the forest for twenty minutes, you can not get procedures even for money. You come with the hope of getting treatment, but you get accommodation and a canteen (although they cook delicious) but the dining room is 260 people, the interval for eating is 30-40 minutes, the noise is not heard from the neighbor. The stairs and corridors are all dark, even the central staircase (saving apparently) in general, you can easily break your neck.

For some reason, in all the sanatoriums of the Belprofoyuzcourt system, the staff behaves as if vacationers owe them everything, not to mention the high prices for maintenance on pre-revolutionary equipment. All procedures on new devices are not for a small fee. If something doesn't suit you, they start yelling, they don't pay attention to any requests at all. And yet we come for our not small money to relax and improve our health, but to listen to rudeness!

The amazing location of the sanatorium!! 20 meters from the water, right on the shore of a beautiful lake!! Tame swans, seagulls and herons... Springs and a font are nearby... The pines are luxurious and the air is wonderful... but... Since mosquitoes, the lack of screens on the windows is a big minus, I want to keep the windows open. And the second disadvantage is uncomfortable mattresses, springs dig into the side and you get up, poorly rested... Which is very important at our advanced age.

A huge plus is the gorgeous location of the sanatorium. Everything is within walking distance, including 5 other sanatoriums. The sanatorium is located right on the shore of Lake Naroch, which makes it very different from other sanatoriums. Beautiful nature.

We had a rest for the second time this year. We were in March. And if I was sure where to take my family on vacation in November, even booked for the New Year holidays, now I doubted the correctness of the choice. Everything has deteriorated significantly. The buffet is just depressing. If you come at the wrong time for dinner, then there will definitely be no fruit / waffles. I understand that people are gaining more for themselves, but if you see such a situation, then you can somehow solve the issue, for example, by placing them on the tables. The situation with meat dishes is also bad. People are standing with plates and waiting for them to be taken out, or begging. Well, why do I have to beg for what I paid for? And the receptionist in the dining room is sitting with a look: how I hate you all!!! In March, normal movies were shown in the evenings, now it's maximum cartoons for children. Well, what kind of entertainment is this: "A concert organized by vacationers"? Some artists with Russian/Belarusian folk songs are coming. Tickets are 25 rubles each!!! My husband and I need to spend 1,500 on our money!!! Now about the staff! Special thanks to our therapist Valentina Gennadievna! A sensitive woman, very attentive and patient. Just because of her, I put at least 2 stars. Half of the rest of the staff is not there: either on sick leave or on vacation. Well, if the administration knows that a person is going on vacation, you can find a replacement! On the day of our arrival, 50 people arrived. So there was ONLY ONE procedure distributor!!! It's not very pleasant to sit in line on your vacation, waste time!!! We never got a massage, because there were no massage therapists!!! How's that? No massage chair can replace a person!! The bar wasn't working! The child was left without oxygen cocktails! Phytobar has a day off on Saturday and Sunday! By the way, when checking in, the maid did not even know that there were three of us and an extra bed in the room was paid for. And I was very surprised that I had to bring a cot. The bed and towels were clean for 9 days, they were brought the day before departure and just put on the bed – lay it yourself! Why would I stop for one night? So the quality of the sanatorium tends to be negative. On New Year's holidays, it will be the last time we go to the Naroch sanatorium.

Meals by room, as in any sanatorium! The lake and the swans on it are separately fascinating! The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean! I strongly recommend everyone to visit this wonderful sanatorium and improve their health ✊🏾

Beautiful territory, delicious food, gorgeous lake with swans.
We will not go there a second time, it is very far from Minsk, if you go for treatment, then you need at least 20 days, if you do not go for a long time, you will not sign up for procedures, then there is no doctor, then there are no places. The prices are affordable. When we arrived, there was a feeling that we had fallen into the past, especially when we saw our room, repairs would not hurt. In the evenings it is boring, there is no leisure, there is no pool either, you need to go somewhere by taxi, and also for a fee.

The sanatorium is very bad. There are not enough procedures even for an additional fee. The food is worse than in the Soviet canteen. The buffet is one name, there is no choice at all. And I often don't want to take anything from what I have. The food is not delicious. The rooms are old, the mattresses on the beds are unbearable, the sheet just rolls off them. It's impossible to sleep, you feel overwhelmed in the morning. There is no hair dryer in the room. But for some reason there is a huge refrigerator. I do not recommend to rest in this sanatorium.

It is located on the shore of a beautiful lake, surrounded by dense forests. The resort village is clean. There are cafes and shops near the sanatorium. The food is dietary, without frills (but after all, they do not go to the sanatorium for this).

This is the best sanatorium in Belarus both for treatment and just for relaxation!) And what a beautiful place, right on the shore! There are many different procedures, friendly staff and very tasty food, there is a choice. There were no advantages. Meals are a choice of two options. Modestly. The treatment is not great. They paid 10,000 Russian rubles for a room in the first building for 8 days. The New Year was celebrated cheerfully, the table was normal for an additional fee. There are elevators in the building, but they are disabled! They save on everything. We were near Minsk about 10 years ago. It was much better there. I didn't take a photo, I wasn't in the mood. But I didn't take pictures of "chernukha".

The location is the best on the coast of Naroch. Beautiful, well-maintained territory. Nearby there is a shop, yachts, pharmacy, etc. Food- if you are lucky. It can be delicious, but sometimes not sooo. Paired, dietary, small portions. Children like food even less. The service is good. The staff is polite. The rooms are different if you live in the 1st building on the 4th floor. - all rooms are renovated. The difference is big. On one side there is a stunning view of the lake, there are balconies, but it is very hot, on the 2nd side there are green spaces, shade, no balconies. Cleaning is the weakest link! Garbage is thrown out every day (but sometimes you have to remind), towels are changed on demand. In general, I was satisfied with the rest. To be able to admire such beauty 24/7 closes all the disadvantages. I will definitely come back here again!

For a weekend tour, a good option / excellent location in a town with developed infrastructure : cafes, walking areas, shops are all within walking distance.
We were not capricious in terms of nutrition and we had enough of what we were treated to : the food is clear , dietary and delicious .
The rooms are clean, warm, and the view of the lake from the windows was particularly pleasing.
We rested with a small child in a stroller - We took our own crib, because there were no high chairs in the dining room or there were not enough for us - they fed us on our knees; of the inconveniences for us there was also the lack of an elevator (we had to first pull the stroller to the third floor - it's good that we already started walking and it was practically not enough for us it was necessary to leave it in the lobby, but we do not advise you to go with very young children - there will be difficulties moving between floors
And so a great place, quiet, delicious, nature compensates for everything with a vengeance. We were in winter, but we imagine how wonderful it is to walk here in the shade of tall pines in summer.

The sanatorium is located in the resort area, on the shore of the picturesque lake Naroch, the windows of the first and second buildings overlook the water, a very beautiful view. Ducks and swans live on the lake. The sanatorium has a multidisciplinary good medical base (its own mineral water, therapeutic mud), customized meals, a pleasant walk around the village, clean air.

Magnificent nature, very beautiful! The sanatorium itself is in good condition, but there are many little things that negate this!
The rooms are not cleaned, the mirror is broken off, the taps (aerators) are clogged and the water barely splashes. The door to the room resembles a gate or a door to a shed in the country for shovels and rakes. The food is not up to par, but a simple lack of soup, tea, and coffee spoils everything even more. Only the first comers get it! The working interval of the dining room is very small - 46 minutes each. The sanatorium does not have a manager and a good marketer. Only a scout from the former Alpha group can figure out how to get to the sanatorium by car. There are no signs, and the traffic in the area is one-way. Location and nature are six plus on a five-point scale!
