Oh, it's a wonderful place!! I am very glad that you visited :) good dates, interesting events, good food. At school, the teachers are totally awesome!! There are cool discos there. Everything is very cool. It's not the first time I've been there. Everything is very interesting. Guys are just fire. New communication. New friends. New ideas. About the counselors. These people are just the best. Not when I won't forget them. Victoria Vasilyevna. Dmitry Vechaslavovich. And Nikita Olegovich. They were able to hold us when it was difficult for us. They helped when something didn't work out, they always gave advice in difficult times. The treatment is excellent. My eyesight has improved. Medical tests and doctors are simply the best.
It's a pity that I was there last time. But I can boldly tell the teachers not to be afraid to let the children go to the sanatorium.

Firstly, it was a bad decision to make a sanatorium until the age of 16, that is, children of 16, 17 years old will no longer be able to treat their eyesight anywhere. I spent quite a wonderful time in Bogatyr and would like to come to the sanatorium for the last time in 2022. Secondly, as a person who has visited this sanatorium quite a lot, I want to say that the changes are going for the worse. Perhaps those who come for the first time will come in, but those who were in bogatyr earlier can be told that they definitely are not. Sanatorium "Horizonta" . most likely it is rented. But when the nephew was in September, it was great. Outsiders are not allowed in. Caregivers. On the day of arrival, we asked our children to be assigned to one 2-bed room.
The children were settled together.That evening, after lights out, without explanation, the children were moved to a 5-bed room in the women's half of the building. Which put the children under stress. The educators informed us that the relocation was ordered by Anastasia Sergeevna, Deputy head of the Department of Internal Affairs.
On Wednesday, another boy was moved into our children's room. The boy behaved aggressively towards children, antisocially, expressed himself obscenely, scared children, jumped on their backs, took shoes out of the room in his teeth, and shouted in their faces for no reason, kicked the wall, his actions preventing children from resting in the room and going about their business. He drove my son into hysterics. By his actions, the child traumatizes our children. Inappropriate actions led to a nervous breakdown, as well as a psychological breakdown of our children. And as a result of stress and parents. The management of the sanatorium did not respond to our requests to take measures in relation to this child, and to protect our children from his actions (to move him or our children to another room), referring to the fact that children are different, and in general a child from a large family..
I would like to note that after 3 days of our children's stay in the sanatorium, the children begged to take them home.
Due to the above circumstances, our children categorically did not want to stay in this sanatorium.
On Friday evening, I find out that the squad is in quarantine, they do not attend school and procedures.
And quite by chance I find out that our children are sick!My child had a temperature of 38.2 in the morning and 37.9 at lunch!
We are extremely outraged by the negligent attitude of the medical staff, the fact that no one informed us, as the legal representatives of our children, that the children were ill and what they were being treated with!
We are outraged by the organization of the sanatorium, the negligent attitude of the management and individual employees!
We decided to take the sick children home!
Children cough violently, they have a runny nose and sore throat!I arrived there completely healthy!
As it turned out yesterday (Saturday 11.12.21), my child was also punched in the chest, after which his nose bled!!!For 3 days, we, the parents, called and asked to resolve this issue!It has remained unresolved!
On Saturday, after my call to the deputy head of educational work Anastasia Sergeevna, I announced that we would write a complaint, and only after that, it turns out, there was a place and the child was moved to a friend's room!
A careless organization!I have no complaints about the teachers!
A claim to the management of the sanatorium, represented by Anastasia Sergeevna, as well as claims to the medical staff of the sanatorium!Utter irresponsibility!
My child and the children living in the room with him have NEVER taken a shower in a week!!!They were not given such an opportunity, explaining that the children fell ill and the teachers decided not to let them into the shower!!!
In this sanatorium, all conditions have been created so that children will forever lose the desire to visit such institutions!
