I used the services of a sanatorium. Com before the pandemic. But in 2019, my attitude towards this organization changed. It turns out that she is not responsible for the vouchers and the payment associated with their purchase. We ended up in Karlovy Vary in the year of the pandemic in 2019, we were refused treatment on arrival on March 13, we had to interrupt our stay at the sanatorium and fly home ahead of schedule. Not only did we not receive a refund for expensive vouchers, treatment, but representatives of the sanatorium. com. offered us to deal with the sanatorium of the Czech Republic on our own, and the argument for non-return was initially obscure reasons, and then 2 years later - the lack of banking ties with EU countries. By these actions, the sanatorium.som has discredited his reputation. I do not recommend it.

This is not the first time in Karlovy Vary and we got to this hotel (we thought for a long time where to go :))
Let's just say that the hotel is not 4 stars, as stated.
Amazing meal schedule
8-10 breakfast
12.30-14.00 lunch
17.30-19.00 dinner.
But, when you come to lunch, you will not see a hot second, but only salads (Olivier was eaten from the 29th of December to 2.01)
And when you come to dinner at 18.00 you may be told that 2 salads out of 4 have already ended and you will have to eat carrots in Korean, which is served every day.
By purchasing a voucher on the website, it was indicated that the hotel does not have a swimming pool and staying for a week you have the opportunity to visit Lazne for free.
Yes, this is not indicated in the voucher, but it was stated on the website. After contacting Sanatoriums, this service was removed from the site page and the transfer conditions changed dramatically!
The procedures will be scheduled for you at 1 p.m.! either to eat, or to lie in the bath.
The medical staff (let's call them that) are very willing to take money for procedures and are ready to go out to work even on December 30, when procedures were denied for everyone else on that day.
The hotel is not worth the money!

Deception and purchase reviews. We were deceived when booking, and on arrival we had to pay extra for food, although the company employee claimed several times in correspondence that everything was included. I do not advise booking through them - it will be more expensive than direct. If you still decide to take a risk, I recommend calling the hotel directly before paying to make sure there are no problems and to clarify before departure that they have paid for everything

Disgusting cantor sanatoriums.
Lack of competence, conscience and professionalism. I strongly do not recommend contacting them. They fail and do not solve their problems.
Their transfer was 1.5 hours late, without apologizing, we walked for 10 minutes with our suitcases, then I was locked in a stuffy car, it was 50 degrees there and the driver was on the phone all the time.
You will also not be able to order a ticket, messages and calls are not answered, it was possible to order a transfer only from the website. Shame on you!
