The Pavlov Hotel is located in a quiet location in the center of Karlovy Vary, five minutes from the Gallery springs, in an old beautiful building on the banks of the Tepla River and opposite the park. The hotel has an original interior, high ceilings, large windows, well-equipped rooms, an elevator and a SPA. Attentive and good-natured staff, professional doctors, nurses and massage therapists. A varied diet for every taste: meat , poultry , fish, vegetables and fruits. And, an important detail - all excursions from Karlovy Vary begin and end near the Pavlov Hotel.

We are very pleased with the cooperation with sanatoriums.com . We applied for the first time in November 2019 and did not regret it. Well-organized work, very attentive and positive staff helped with the design of the trip to Marianske Lazne. The site contains accurate information about everything you would like to know. Transfers, excursions - I order everything in Sanatoriums.com . This year (for obvious reasons) I canceled my reservation without any problems. This is utter horror! They paid for the ticket, they did not send the sanatorium card, the money did not reach the sanatorium even though 10 days have passed. We don't know how the case will end. Managers are completely incompetent in matters, they do not say anything on the merits, only general phrases. Horror horror horror.... faced with this for the first time .... paid 82tr. And there was no reply, no greetings

My wife and I stayed at the Bristol sanatorium in Karlovy Vary from 12/22/2019 to 01/04/2020.
K sanatoriums.com online booking has several financial questions that they do not give a clear answer to.
For example, regarding excursions to Prague. The excursions were not carried out on weekends, when there are no procedures, but only on Thursdays, when patients are prescribed procedures and not everyone can take advantage of the tour.
Question: Why was the trip to Prague announced as free? Obviously, there would be no complaints from those who could not go on Thursday because of the procedures, although they paid for the tour in the total amount for the ticket ? As it happened to us....

I am shocked, I booked the sanatorium "Moskovsky Dvor" in Karlovy Vary on the website, I was refused an official confirmation for a visa. I went to this resort several times, booked online and did not come across anything like this.
