I had a rest from September 11 to 23, in general it was not bad, I liked the restaurant, with a varied menu, I wanted to see fruit on the table, but we got one apple each. The instructor in the pool has a lot of respect, an expert in his field. But the big question is about excursions .The guide was informed in advance that I do not speak the language. The whole tour was in Kazakh, which I was not satisfied with, because I did not understand what he was talking about, I asked him to translate - ignored. And so I liked the tour , I just watched it .

A wonderful sanatorium with a wide range of services, the cost of which is included in the price of accommodation. The service is wonderful, they will tell you, direct you, take you where you need to go. And it's all for a reasonable price. You can purchase additional services at will, but what is provided in the basic package will be quite enough and there is a risk of not having time to go through all the procedures. The food is excellent three times a day, while taking into account the appointment of doctors, that is, your diet table and personal preferences. If you choose from all the sanatoriums in Saryagash, we will choose this one again. Thanks to the staff, everything was wonderful.

The location is very good, the food is good and the restaurant is very nice. The procedures are all there, I really liked it. But cleanliness should be taken more seriously, after min.it is necessary to wash the baths well after each person, and wherever there are showers and all procedures related to washing. It's already time to make repairs in the main building or at least clean the carpets in the rooms.

The sanatorium is outdated, repairs are required, the food is greasy, meager, wormy fruits, cheap slimy yogurts arrived due to mud treatment, but the employee was constantly absent somewhere or said come tomorrow it was 16:000 and I wanted to go home faster. In general, a complete disappointment.

Minuses:
1. They calculated incorrectly on the day of arrival and reported it late (an error by the administration and did not even bother to inform at least the day before, as a result, they were practically evicted when they were going to go to the scheduled procedures)
2.The indoor pool is under renovation
3. Half of the procedures are paid (when many of them can be done for free in other sanatoriums)
4. The dining room does not always take into account the menu ordered the next day
5. The room is very dusty
6. The toilet seat is broken, as is the clock
7. The toilet ventilation smells like sewage
8. The toilet door does not fully close (accordingly, the sewer was in the room all the time)
9. Mineral water was intermittent for 2 days (sometimes it was, sometimes it was not)
10. During the 10 days of stay, the bed linen was changed once.
11. Excursion to Tashkent, as well as Turkestan, the worst of the above (except for incorrect calculation)
12. The admin of the dining room yells at the officials with such volume that her voice can be heard from the kitchen.
