The territory is not well maintained, the grass is not mowed down to the length of the paths, it prevents walking, there are few flowers. Dining room : portions are very small for an adult, it is not enough, the second courses are constantly served cold. There are no entertainment events, no library. There is no gym. The beach is very far away, there are no signs.

I didn't like the word at all! No treatments, no food and dining room service, room cleaning for the view. We will not come any more, the service is at zero! Leisure of vacationers is not thought out, there is simply no silence in the evening. There is no designated smoking area! A complete disappointment!

I was in this sanatorium from 5.07. 2021 to 07/15/2021. who dreams of returning to the USSR, come. Upon arrival, we stood at the reception for two hours, there were no rooms for a long time. I was in room 226 in a junior suite, there was a double bed, a sofa, a TV, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, two bedside tables, access to the balcony. In general, the number is three. Regarding nutrition, they were poorly fed, meat was given little, replaced with liver or chicken, there were few fruits, the quality was terrible, drinking water was used from the tap. Treatment: rhodon baths (small concentrations of rhodon were not felt), mud treatment, electropharesis, paraffin treatment, inhalation with soda, circulatory shower, swimming pool, everything else is paid. There are long queues everywhere, you wait a long time, swearing. Table tennis, billiards, and a disco in the evening are among the entertainment options.

The best thing about the sanatorium is the air, the rest is very sad. From the very arrival there was a negative reaction, at the reception they treat us as if we came to live for free, although we booked a junior suite with my wife for 35 thousand a day. The food that VIP has, that suite, that standard is the same, although everywhere the more expensive the room, the cooler the food. There is a live queue for doctors for procedures, although in other sanatoriums there is a time limit. They signed you up for 10 o'clock, you come at 10 and go in, you're not waiting for anyone.
There is a teapot in the room, you want to drink tea in the evening, but there is no boiling water, although the advertisement says that there is teffal in each room. The receptionist said that take boiling water in the boiler in the hallway, but it's barely warm there, and as tea was brewed, I had to buy a small electric kettle in the store.
And in general, I'm writing here, and they filter out negative reviews, because the reviews are only laudatory, although everyone went to the sanatorium when we were there, dissatisfied.
In the end, the rest was completely ruined, we had another day left, in the evening we come to dinner, and others are sitting in our places in the dining room. True, we were then taken to the VIP room, but the mood was generally spoiled specifically. I had to leave early the next day.
And in general, only pensioners work there, they are afraid for their jobs, and they do not tell their superiors anything, they are afraid that they will be fired, so of course nothing will change. As there was a Soviet sanatorium, so it remains.
By the way, they even have to make the bed themselves at the settlement, this was not the case in any sanatorium and hotel.
I do not advise anyone who is going to go there. One of the worst sanatoriums in Kazakhstan.

Something has to be done about it. People from the road, tired, and standing in line for 2 hours. It is necessary to think over a strategy in case of such a force majeure. Only 1 girl serves. Sooo long. Not because she's not efficient, it's just that there are a lot of people. Please pay attention!
