They sent only the price of the compartment doors and the cut without facades, in short, we did not give birth for the whole day)))). If you want to buy a closet that costs 400 rubles in the store, several times more expensive - go to them!
My parents came to them to order a built-in wardrobe, showed them pictures of what they wanted.
And as a result, we got a regular closet, not built-in! As a result, the cabinet is not completely adjacent to the wall and ceiling.
The company's answer is that they are to blame. Since they started asking questions: do you want a wall/ceiling on the side and top, or do you want to make partitions there. My parents thought that it would just mean that the lining would be made from inside the built-in closet, but it turned out that these *** with such questions, the order of the built-in closet would be transformed into an order of an ordinary closet. An ordinary wardrobe is of course cheaper to make (no need to take into account the features of the walls) and this is a great opportunity to cash in on gullible pensioners)
