We had a vacation in Abkhazia in early October 2024, spent 10 happy days in this beautiful house.
Very convenient location, the way from the sea to the house takes 2 minutes at a slow pace (detected by a stopwatch). There are shops, a pharmacy, and transport stops nearby.
The house itself is very well maintained, clean, tidy. It's very cozy. From the point of view of household amenities, there is everything - shower, kitchen, summer kitchen, hot water, refrigerators, all necessary kitchen utensils in excellent condition. The photos are completely true, but in reality, everything is even better.
A pleasant garden with gazebos, trampoline, tennis table, beautiful paths, fruit trees, banana palms. For the first time in my life, I tasted figs, lemons and other fruits - straight from the trees. It was something incredible.
But the atmosphere in the house is no less important, since even the most pleasant environment can be spoiled by human negativity. But in this house there is always good weather, a very sincere and pleasant atmosphere created by the owners themselves. Very friendly, welcoming and sincere people. There was a feeling that he had come, as in childhood, to relax with close people in the house.
A great area, with the clearest warm sea, a beautiful, very calm, secluded beach. Serenity, aesthetics and tranquility - this is how we can briefly describe what we saw when we went ashore every day. And it's literally a 2-minute slow walk right from the gate of the house.
Thank you very much to this land, the sea, the sun, the wind, and all the people we met in this beautiful and spiritual place! We advise everyone, next time, we will come only here.
We wish the owners of this house, all residents of Abkhazia, the city of Sukhumi and the whole country of the Soul - happiness and prosperity!

We are thrilled! The whole family (two adults and children aged 4 and 8) rested at the Sandro Guest house from July 15 to 29, 2023. I liked everything: the rooms are clean, the territory is large, beautiful, the children have a place to run. The large kitchen is cozy as at home. The location is very good: 1 minute to the sea, near canteens, shops. 10 minutes by bus to the market, but we took our time and walked for half an hour. Special thanks to the hosts! They are very friendly, attentive, meet everyone like good old friends, they will tell you everything, tell you and always help! Medea, Johnny and Sandro, thank you for our wonderful vacation! We are very lucky to have come to you! We wish you prosperity, good guests and hope very much that we will see you again next year! A great guest house, we recommend it to everyone!!!

A very nice guest house. We had a rest with two children, the rooms are clean, nice, with a shower and toilet in the room, a very nice territory and a summer kitchen, children have a place to run, there is a trampoline, hammocks and much more. The owners are the nicest people, the sea is across the road, walk for a minute at most. There is a pharmacy nearby, shops with everything you need. In general, everything is great!

We've been back from vacation for a month, but we just got around to leaving a review. We went on vacation to the city of Sukhum. We stayed at the Sandro Guest House.It is a very cozy and beautiful place, I did not want to leave at all.The house is very clean, cleaning was carried out daily.Very friendly hosts, they will tell you everything and tell you where it is better to go or go on an excursion, what to see in the city. On the day of arrival, we were treated to champagne, and the hostess of the house, Medea, made us an evening of Abkhazian cuisine with national dishes. We and all the guests of this house were delighted. The sea is two hundred meters from the house, the water is always clean, dolphins swim, there are cafes where you can eat. There is always homemade kvass in the fridge, which Medea's dad makes. Everything was so cozy and homely that I didn't want to leave at all (I repeat again). The cordiality and hospitality of the owners of the house struck, as if they were at home and not visiting. Medea, thank you so much to you and your family for the rest, for the kindness, for your cozy courtyard. We will definitely come back to you again!! ♥️

Recently returned from vacation and I want to leave my feedback.On June 27, 2023, we arrived in Sukhum at the Sandro guest house. The first impression when we entered the territory was cozy, spacious and beautiful!
On the same evening, we went to a feast, it was the birthday of the hostess's son, Sandro. It felt like we were all brothers and sisters here. It was a wonderful holiday! And on June 29th, on my birthday in the morning, the hostess Medea congratulated me and poured champagne for everyone! They lifted my mood early in the morning, And when they returned from Lake Ritsa, where I received a lot of positive emotions and impressions, we drank tea, I treated all the guests to a delicious cake, which, thanks to the hostess, was ordered and delivered to the guest house. And then a surprise was waiting for me again)) The owners asked me to come to the arch, it was already after 21h. I also thought, "Well, what will I see in this darkness?"..."Bang-bang-bang-bubbaah!!!!!!"🤩🤩🤩Fireworks!!!Emotions were overwhelming!
Wonderful hosts-they will tell you everything, advise you!
I am very grateful to the Almighty for giving me such a gift - that this particular guest house was chosen!

This is the best place to relax!!!
For the second year in a row, our choice fell on the Sandro guest house, 218 Adleiba Street and we did not regret it at all!
You will be met here, treated to delicious coffee, poured cool kvass, settled in a clean and cozy room, advised on excursions, in the evening you will not be bored, because songs and dances and a friendly atmosphere will cover you with your head. Special thanks to the hostess Medea for the recreation areas, these are gazebos, a barbecue area, hammocks, cozy armchair bags, a hookah bar, a beautiful garden and lots of flowers and greenery. Purity is 5+.
The sea is within walking distance, the water is clean, the beach is free. Have a good rest and positive impressions to all.

This is the best place. We have been stopping for the third year in a row. The cleanest area, there is a barbecue area. Good refrigerators, stoves, kettle, in general, all appliances are super
The rooms are clean, not even a speck of dust. The bed linen is clean, pillows and mattresses too. There is no smell in the showers and bathrooms.
The sea is a 2-minute walk (across the street). The sea is clean, there are few vacationers on this beach. There is no crowd at all. In the morning, at lunch and in the evening, there is no one near you within a radius of 3 meters. Very quiet beach. AND CLEAN!
The hosts are very hospitable, they arrange parties. They treat you to mussels, kvass, wine, and brewed coffee.
The best that can be found. I advise everyone!!!

We had a rest in September 2019. I really liked it, the owners are very friendly people, they treated us with kvass, coffee, and lemonades every day. Thank you so much for your hospitality. The sea is across the street. The beach is pebbly. everything is clean and cozy

Everything was fine until the local gopniks pulled up, you can't show the girls your knees in front of them, too, holy hop company for me!!! And as the wives themselves have children and three mistresses in each village of the Sukhumi district, this is in the order of things. They maintain high morals. (... x..y......) Those were my words, that's all I think about these clowns. And I will tell you what happened next in the | | chapter of this story. Everything will depend on whether you liked the first one?
