I bought it in the sanit online store.by the BLB Atlantica bath (180x80). After about a year and a half of operation, a defect appeared in the form of a chip on the enamel, which subsequently peeled off to bare metal. The localization size is approximately 2-3 mm. After contacting the support service, I was given the number of the complaint officer. Several attempts to contact by phone did not yield results, so I outlined the whole situation with a personal message in Viber, also provided a photo of the defect itself from different angles, a warranty card and a payment receipt. Alexandra, such a name is indicated in the profile, already from the start "determined" that the cause was mechanical damage. In parallel, it was recommended to fill out an application form on the website, which was done. That day, we still talked live, and already at the initial stage there was a "desire" to sort out the situation. After 18 days, my intuition was confirmed - I was informed on Viber that the manufacturer classified the defect as mechanical damage. At that moment, it was both funny and sad, since according to the legislation, the buyer solves all his claims issues with the seller, and the manufacturer's opinion has nothing to do with it. There is such a thing as a hidden marriage, and in order to confirm or deny this, it is necessary, at least, to conduct a quality check. So, while the product is under warranty (in my case, it is installed for as much as 30 years!!!), the seller must prove all the circumstances of the defects. To my question to Alexandra's employee: "what document confirms the refusal, and on the basis of what is the mechanical damage classified?", she replied that they would write again additionally and ask for comment. The conclusion suggests itself - was there any request at all? Doubting the competence of this employee, I re-provided several new photos and videos of the chip, and also pointed out that the nature of the LCP defect that occurs during mechanical shocks has a completely different form, therefore it is at least incorrect to draw such a conclusion in absentia from the photo... It took another 7 days when they sent me the final response from the manufacturer, where someone's fantasy "the bathtub was subjected to a very strong blow that pierced the steel, and this cannot be a manufacturing defect, since the blow was so aggressive that it tore off 3 layers of enamel." Firstly, they did not provide a written document, and secondly, the wording of the answer categorically did not suit me. By the way, after another 10 days I was still provided with a written response, but there is one thing, according to paragraph 12 of Article 20 of the ZoZPP, I turned specifically to the seller, not the manufacturer. According to the law, a quality check must be carried out, or, if there is no desire, an examination. The costs for this, including the transportation of a heavy bulky product, fall on the seller, in this case the online store. The sarcasm is also that on the site itself, in the "exchange and return of goods" section, it is beautifully reported about the positive decision of 99% of all incoming customer requests, and as a result, employees are in correspondence, and just dynamite you. And one more important fact about the "client orientation" - after digging through the reviews, I found a very similar situation with the buyer Natalia, who also purchased an Italian bathtub, on which holes began to "form", about not very pleasant communication with an employee, etc., there she was kicked off because of the uncooperated legs and, as a result of all this, incorrect installation. And then I remembered the questions about the legs and all that, by the way, I bought everything in full. And in my correspondence, the employee's response was based on many years of experience, and that there were no such situations, ay-ay-ay, it's not good to lie like that!!! The question remains open - there is still enough guarantee.
The first order is fine! The 2nd time I placed an order, and they disappeared. I called 4 times - you will get a call back and disappeared. I ordered it from another place. This is the first time I've seen such a reaction to a customer.
