The experience is sad: at first they accepted the order and promised to deliver, but then at the end of the delivery day they called and said they would not be able to deliver, and I sat waiting all day, and as a result I still could not do the planned plumbing installation work. The second time, the order was already delivered, but I completed the order based on the advice and approval of the manager that the product would suit me, and in the end it did not even have such an installation size. So also the consultant could not properly explain and advise. They also couldn't say whose production was normal about the product, until he directly asked China, which was no longer a chance not to answer. In short, the impressions are so-so

At sanit,by bought an acrylic bathtub with legs and a screen. I was pleased with the free delivery, and they work late in the evening - they brought it as requested after work. The courier helped to lift to the 2nd floor. A warranty card and a receipt were issued, so they also gave a siphon as a gift + a discount card!

The consultant immediately replied to us that you can use the choice of characteristics and see what you like more and is suitable for the price, advised which brands you can pay attention to from more or less budget ones. The last tip helped to save a lot of time, because we don't really understand the brands of plumbing, and there are a lot of them there and we've never heard of some.
We considered only those options that can be delivered within a week so as not to delay the installation and have time to check everything and enjoy comfort before winter.
In principle, we are satisfied with everything, we received a good 7% discount on the “summer” promotion, everything was delivered by agreement, a guarantee was issued for all goods and a detergent was brought as a gift. A disgusting experience.
We bought a Belux bathtub there.
The bath was brought and they said that they were giving a high-quality siphon as a gift.
As it turned out, the siphon does not fit, they called Belux and said that a siphon is included with this Salamanca bathroom.
We have written an application to sanit. We waited a week, brought a siphon, and it doesn't fit either. It's just an outrage. And their first siphon and the second idea with overflow for the bathroom, which has no overflow. It just doesn't physically exist.
Pay attention to the blue plug for the bath for 2000 rubles.
We will make a refund.

On the day of delivery, the operator called and offered to reschedule due to technical problems, there is nothing more to say!!!
It feels like I should want to give them the money, and they should do it in parallel.
