The city center, all the necessary locations are within walking distance. But there are huge traffic jams during rush hours. The building itself is beautiful from the outside, but repairs are needed inside. We rented an office on the ground floor. It was very cold in winter. The bathrooms are dirty. There is not enough parking space.

Barakat restaurant is the coolest thing in this business center.
The elevators are working properly ,
It 's always clean .
Parking leaves much to be desired, and there is ice at the entrance from the Mangelik side.

классный Бизнец Центр , всегда мечтал работать и жить в СПБ , сейчас имею возможность работать в Санкт-Петербурге 😅 .
В здании много этажей , работаю на десятом .
На первом этаже есть кофейня , оч классная .
