I was in this restaurant for the first time, and immediately realized that I wanted to return here. The food here is simply amazing! All the dishes are very tasty, it can be seen that they are prepared from fresh products and with love. The menu is varied — there are both familiar dishes and something new and unusual. The pitch is beautiful, and I want to try it right away.
The service also left a pleasant impression. The waiters are polite, friendly, always ready to prompt or help with the choice, but they are not intrusive. You feel like you're being taken care of, and it's nice.
Well, the atmosphere in the "Sant Michele" is very cozy and inviting. It is quiet and comfortable here, you can come as a family, or a group of friends, or even arrange a corporate party. The interior is beautiful, everything is thought out to feel at home, but at the same time festive.

We came to Grodno for the weekend . And the restaurant "Sant Michele" was next in line to be served. Spoiler: it wasn 't delicious .
We arrived on Saturday evening, we were alone in the restaurant (which I was a little surprised at, but come on, we were very hungry).
We ordered a Rib Eye steak (they say in the menu that it is a premium steak, but I attached a photo, for the first time in my life I see a steak with so much fat), grilled vegetables, potatoes, mushroom soup and pizza. The grilled vegetables were delicious. The rest is warmed up . Pizza generally smells like it's been in the freezer for six months and absorbed all the neighboring smells.
I would like to give a separate place to the waiter (who, in general, according to my feelings , did not know where he was ) . For any question , he didn 't know anything from the word at all . It was as if a man was passing by and he was asked to come in for an hour to work .
Please tell me, is this a service?
We chose a place on Instagram , if you position yourself from a high point of view, then correspond . The prices are not small . It feels like I went into a diner , only the check came out for 160 rubles . It was a pity as never before to give such money for such a "service"
Although the repair has been done, the appearance of the institution is good, but it seems as if this institution has been "hammered" and no one is engaged in it.

We were at the gastrofest on 01.12.24, ordered a set, most of the dishes were barely warm. Pizza feels like it's been microwaved, just like the main course. Everything looked and tasted like it was cooked a few days ago and is now only barely warmed up. The chicken is dry and it was difficult to cut with a knife. There was no sauce in the Caesar salad, and the lettuce leaves were bitter and icy. The dessert was weathered and it was immediately clear that it was not the first day either ...
There are no complaints about the service and appearance of the restaurant itself, but the genre of music is not very suitable for the institution, and the volume of the tracks danced a lot, the volume of some already hurt my head, and when asked to make it quieter, they said that this was the minimum...

We were driving hungry by and accidentally got into Sant Michele. And we were perfectly surprised! Beautiful design! A huge pizza oven! Borscht!!! It's just a delight!!! He's real! Saturated! We visited this place with my daughter during the gastrofest in November 2024. The pizza from the set was burnt, there was a taste of burnt food in my mouth-we couldn't eat. Asked to replace-replaced. Seth was ordinary. To say that it was very tasty-no, quite usually, exactly, they did not delight or surprise. The staff is a separate topic. While we were there, they got confused about orders three times (this is in an hour!!!). The impression is that we will not come again. We read the reviews only when we started to leave. Very cool fondane. Delicious (though in my opinion the basil sauce inside is superfluous) and with a beautiful serve. And this is not indicated in the menu in any way, so whoever orders will be the luckiest)
I would also like to say that when they order 2 different desserts and there is an interesting presentation for both, it is better to do it not at the same time, but one after the other. Because I want to look both there and there. The picture is blurred, and the show spoils both.

We ordered a gastro set for takeaway + baby nuggets and a baby Margarita.
Bottom line: there were no nuggets, the food was not delicious, the pizza was burned. They also talked for 11 rubles . When we returned to find out , the administrator looked at us as if it was not clear who . And for a long time she tried to explain to us that we were wrong. But her calculations never came together . As a result, the money was returned , with the words , everyone take the money , goodbye, come again.
And the smell is just like in a canteen.

We were passing through Grodno and heard about the beautiful serving of Fondue dessert in this institution - we came here for this.
As a result, we got not just a beautiful dessert, but just a magical dinner. We travel a lot around the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus and, of course, are not culinary gurus, but this restaurant is definitely in the top of the best where we have been. The pike perch was so delicious that my husband asked the cook for a recipe to ensure that the pike perch did not smell of mud. Bruschettas are all the most delicate, tar-tar is on the level. The child called the pizza divine, and she orders pizza in many cafes and restaurants during her travels.
Lemonades and Cocktails are very tasty, we recommend that you definitely try cucumber tinctures.
All the dishes are served very beautifully, we just photographed each one for ourselves.

Unbelievable! I just can't believe how amazing my visit to the Sant Michele restaurant in Grodno turned out to be! I am still impressed by this amazing gastronomic journey.
From the very beginning of the visit, I was struck by the warm atmosphere of the establishment. Vlad, the chef and co-owner, did not just greet the guests - he created a real cocktail of kindness and cordiality. It is impressive how easily and naturally he communicates with each visitor, making each of us feel special.
And now about the dishes. It's hard to find words at all to describe this whole gastronomic feast! Each dish is a work of art, and it seems that Vlad himself is a wizard who turns ordinary ingredients into real masterpieces. I didn't even expect that food could evoke such emotions. Everything was so delicious that it was as if every bite awakened new taste sensations in me.
