There are always terrifying queues, and there are several reasons for this.
1. Equipment: self-service cash desks are not designed for all goods, so there may not be any separate items in the system at all, or products need to be pre-weighed - the same apples, for example. But the only self—service scales that allow the buyer to do this simply may not work - and the store administration does not carry out operational maintenance, as a result, the scales do not work for several weeks. Sometimes they run out of paper to print checks, which looks especially ridiculous.
2. Service: out of 8 nominally present cash desks, two are working at best — because the staff administration saves on its own people. I wouldn't be surprised if they might not have lunch at all, because at the end of the shift, the women look morally exhausted.
A well-deserved one star. The only plus: a fairly large selection of goods and its own pastries.
