Stop at a good parking lot and go inside. The comfortable temperature, the smells, the classic location of the goods - I knew where everything was. The staff is somehow very responsive and friendly, they work and scurry around taking care of the customer. Traditionally, the high class of building design and our parochial marketing techniques. I liked everything. But, here is an exit without turning left - we need to work out. This, of course, is not in the competence of the retail chain, but not Santa, right?
I love this store. But today there was a blatant case of rudeness. I punched shrimps on the scales and gave out a receipt for crab sticks instead. I went to the finished goods department and asked for help. Calm down without shouting and indignation "hello, please help, the scales give out crab instead of shrimp" what did I hear in response? "What's wrong with you?! Is it really so difficult to push the scales out!" what to press, where to press?! I have not worked in trade, I do not know!!!! Fury flies out, let's yell at the whole department. Honestly, I was ashamed of myself and the guy who also couldn't weigh seafood. He starts yelling, reset it here, enter the cell number here. How do I know where to press on the scales without a monitor? Among the disadvantages: a small selection of cakes and pastries, queues (although they are all the same in the city). After installing self-service ticket offices, the queues became smaller, which is good news. The biggest disadvantage for me is the bank with which this network cooperates. He was sanctioned and it is impossible to pay with Polish cards. And this is a loss for the store, because it's easier for me to shop in another network using a card than to drive and withdraw money. And sometimes there is no way to remove it.
Clean, tidy, good selection, great pastries, good wine department with a large selection. Of the disadvantages, there are few cashiers and there is no administrator at the self-service checkout.
Santa is a favorite store. You will never leave empty. I've already written about baking - the death of thalia, but I can't resist :). I always take deep-frozen fish. She's good. Prices for good fish bite, of course, but you need to pamper yourself at least once a month (since retirement). Since my mother and I have two pensions, we can afford it.

Everything is always available, but not all consultants know where the product is located and whether it is available at all, it happened that you would ask to show where the right product is located, and they just tell you the route, and that is not accurate.
The largest supermarket in Bereza, there is a large selection of products. We were very surprised by the prices of Belarusian products, they cost 2 times cheaper than here! I won't say anything about gasoline prices at all (50 percent more expensive than ours).
The store itself is not bad, the assortment is good, but the staff is not very friendly, they answer questions through their teeth, they are not rude, but dissatisfaction is visible..
In the hall, a huge number of price tags do not match the value at the checkout, while sellers refuse to sell goods at the price stated on the price tag, thereby violating the laws of the Republic of Belarus as well as consumer rights. And some cashiers have become so accustomed to not giving change that they do not even report that they do not give 3.4 kopecks, while they will never make concessions if you do not have enough 1st kopeck. And this is not to mention the foreign objects in the products of our own production!
The goods are good, there is everything for food, I like that the store was opened right on the Soviet norm. When I'm in the center, I almost always come here
