On December 9, 2022, I bought raw chicken sausages.They turned out to be rotten, smelly, TERRIBLE.I fried it late in the evening, we left in the morning.... There was no way to return it back to the store!At the same time, the seller assured me how fresh they were!
The only shopping center in the city and therefore the prices are too high . The assortment is large (the largest in Kopyl) the products are fresh and kind sellers. The queues are long because there are a lot of people and only 1 or 2 sellers, and no one else wants to work.
Terrible service. And this is not just once, but all the time. Employees can be without masks. Cashiers are absolutely not agile. There is only one ticket office open during peak hours. If you start swearing, the second one will open, not for long. Queues can be 15-20 people per ticket office. The meat department is nonsense at all. They are absolutely not agile, you can wait 10 minutes for someone to come up. The workers gather in a bunch and have a nice conversation about their topics. You ask to cut the sausage off the counter, they can get it from somewhere in the warehouse or under the cash register and paste a fresh packing date. The same is true with all products from the meat department.
