Having visited this store for the first time several years ago, I was pleasantly surprised by the range of products, spacious premises and high quality products of my own production. However, since my last visit, I have noticed a serious deterioration in the quality of service and products offered. First of all, I was struck by the condition of the products. The fish offered in the store turned out to be frozen over and lost its taste. The chicken, in turn, was spoiled, which caused serious concern about food safety. Even the rolls don't seem to have passed quality control, as I found hair in one of them. This is absolutely unacceptable. With all these problems, it seems that the Santa store has completely deteriorated since its opening a few years ago. Previously, there was a wide selection of products here, and the quality was excellent. Now I'm disappointed with how the store has deteriorated and lost its appeal. The cashiers give the change incorrectly. Check your change at the checkout! Sometimes there are long queues. Of all the cash registers (there are about 7 of them), only one works (maximum 2). I hope that the store administration will pay attention to these comments and take measures to improve the quality of products and service. Otherwise, the Santa store risks losing many regular customers
The store is good. The service is just disgusting. If you get to a self-service checkout and you need a consultant, you'll wait forever for him. It's not the first time I've self-serviced, it's the same thing every time.
