We were at the self-service checkout at about 18:23 on 01/11/2025, buying goods that needed to be confirmed by age. There was a girl working at the checkout next to the self-service classrooms. When asked where to find an administrator to confirm the age, the answer was: "I HAVE NO IDEA." We were waiting, the seller was passing by, we asked to confirm the operation, you should have seen the face with which the seller approached, as if we had taken her away from an important matter. This store has become different. It is not pleasant to visit. Of course, many people will say, if you don't like it, go to another store. Naturally, I will go, because while such a staff is working in this store, we will go to the grocery store nearby. To the management: pay attention to the attitude of sellers towards your customers.
