This is an absolutely incredible place! A New Year's Eve corporate party was celebrated on December 28. We had a great time!
The organization of the holiday is excellent. The presenter just won our hearts. The dishes are prepared with obvious love and attention to detail. The staff is professional! The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. Thanks for the cool place to the owners, organizers and staff!!!
We will definitely come back!

We celebrated a birthday in this institution.
This institution has not introduced discounts for birthday people, it does not show any initiative to somehow congratulate the birthday boy.
Since it's welcome in other establishments and they bring a cake with a candle, it's so cute when it's like this)
In this establishment, it is immediately clear that the client is just a money bag for them that fades into the background.
By contacting the administrator by phone, learning about the cost and booking a table. The administrator orients you according to one cost, and already in the institution there is another cost, higher.
If it wasn't for the table reservation, we would have just got up and left!
The music is playing very loudly in the restaurant, I called the waitress and asked: "please make the music a little quieter."
She replied to me, "This is how the music always plays, you can't make it quieter."
The staff heard that we were discussing their prices and the menu. After that, the staff pointedly began to behave sarcastically, defiantly, discussing us with glaring eyes.
I was also surprised by the karaoke moment.
When one of the guests sang his song, it was our turn next. We waited a very long time for the song we chose to be included, the institution turns on its mixed music between karaoke songs for a very long time, for the first time I came across this.
In this establishment, the prices are very high! The dishes take a long time to prepare and leave much to be desired.
I do not recommend relaxing and celebrating holidays there! Because you won't have a rest there at all, as the staff doesn't care about your mood and your comfort! The institution's commitment to customer orientation and comfort is still growing and growing!

Great place, good attitude to the guests. We came to get a hookah, everything was done quickly. There was an unpleasant light from the disco in the establishment, but the staff went to a meeting, turned off the light, and later transferred to the veranda, although it was already closed, they offered a blanket. Special thanks to Ivan for his responsiveness.

A surprisingly terrible place! So many good reviews on other platforms apparently write to themselves... bringing a hookah or a glass of wine is a whole problem. We waited 40 minutes, brought the wrong wine, asked to change it because we ordered the wrong one, the waiter said that there was no other and "drink what they give", it seems that the institution does not care about the guests and if they came to drink, then let them drink what they bring and it does not matter what the guest himself asked! The waiter considers it normal to put dirty dishes from other people's tables under your nose, confuses orders. I really do not recommend going to this institution!

I came with the company to sing songs, during the ordering of songs, when we already sat down at the table and made an order, we were informed that it was impossible to sing "some" songs, or they were sung for an additional fee. As a result, the songs that I like and that I usually sing, I couldn't sing and the rest was ruined. I do not advise you to visit this institution, and if you suddenly decide, specify in advance the songs that you will sing.
