We were with my wife in the second half of January 2023. The residence itself is located next to the Rixos Hotel, there is a well-trodden path between the hotel and the residence, which for some reason is very dirty. There is a kennel on the territory of the residence (dogs barking was heard), several log cabins, slides and a couple of cafes. Everything can be bypassed in five minutes. The pedestrian zone has been cleared of snow. The place is probably relevant when celebrating the new year. You can arrange a dog cart ride or a snowmobile ride, but on a frosty day, let's face it, there was no desire. My personal opinion is that there is nothing special there and there is nothing to do there.

About the "sights". Spoiled by visiting historical and military museums in Moscow and Leningrad with their dioramas, the sights of the "residence of Santa Claus" only made me laugh. Styrofoam "Egyptian pyramids", the Taj Mahal printed on a vinyl banner, suddenly Elsa from "Cold Heart". In the last three rooms, the guys who recently stuck to their phones smartly offer to make a video on a rotating camera, "ride" in 3D glasses, buy souvenirs, do a photo shoot in a thematic location and that's it. They offer the same exact intonation as the "elf".
