I have NOT LIVED at the Santa Marina Hotel, BUT I want to convey to its guests one important information. To the left of the entrance to your hotel (if you look towards the sea) there is a Nevroz tour desk. This place is still damp, so very carefully discuss the excursion program with the owner (his name is Pasha). We took an excursion to Aspendos, where the program includes visits to the excavations of Aspendos, Perge and the Kurshnulu waterfall. The driver was hired from another company, knew Russian, but did not know that we had to be taken somewhere else besides Aspendos. After a long conversation with Pasha, we were offered to go to other waterfalls where we were, because the driver could not take us to the right ones, because he had other clients for the set time. The tour itself is weak, lovers of excavations and wild areas may like it, a waterfall would be a good ending, but no. Be vigilant
We have already stayed at the hotel 4 times. I like the location, clean, cozy rooms. Food: everything is always delicious, fresh, if something is over, they report it. The staff is polite, always helpful. Special thanks to Damir!!!
The hotel is 3*, the conditions are normal. I was selected by location. I'm from the Far East, it's a long flight, to Moscow, then to Antalya, so I chose a hotel close to the airport so that the road would be shorter. Close enough to the airport, the first one is dropped off, the last one is picked up when heading from / to the airport. Residential area. There is a 300-400 m "civilization" in the district, there is little interesting further within walking distance, you need to go by bus. The bus stop is nearby, 150 meters away, in several directions. It is easy to get to large shops and Gulyuk Street. Nearby is a playground with exercise equipment, children's small forms, benches, trees, bushes. 100 m above the Russian Matryoshka Park with a fountain, ice cream parlor, Playground, benches, trees. There are a lot of locals walking there too. The sea nearby is 250-300 meters away, it does not bother at all, the beach is public. And what is important, the entrance to the sea is normal, not a rock, not a pontoon, pebble-sand. You can wear sneakers, you can without sneakers, I went out normally with a lot of weight without sneakers, but with sneakers my foot does not sink into the sand so much when leaving. There is a piece of a paid beach with sun beds and areas, 20 lira in October 2018, offering a menu from a cafe at crazy prices. Next to the toilet, showers, changing rooms. There is a new embankment 400-500 meters to the left, it is very good for walking, benches, trees, paths, exercise equipment. All the locals walk intensively there in the evening, they are engaged in walking. Further, the closer to the center, the more rocky the beach, and in the center there is a rock. You can settle on the other side of the city, where the sandy beaches of Lara are, but in my opinion there is little "civilization", social facilities. Above the hotel 200-250 m there are shops of five chains: Shock, Bim, A101, Migros small, and S&A something like that. To walk to all of them, everything is nearby. In all of them, you can pay with a ruble card, even with a credit card. The main thing is that after the Matryoshka Park there are a number of ATMs of 10 pieces in a row. I was withdrawing lira from a ruble card. There is a bank not far from the hotel on the same street with the park, you can change dollars, and I saw the mail somewhere, it seems like you can there too. I didn't specify at the hotel, they changed it before, this time I don't know. When leaving the airport on the left, the ATM could even give out dollars, you can immediately withdraw money there. There's also a pharmacy there. There is also a pharmacy on a parallel street. The hotel began to give a free bottle of 0.5 liters of water per day. They didn't give it to me before. The kitchen is normal, there is little variety, because the hotel is small and urban. I wasn't hungry. There are dinners and all inclusive during the season. In off-season, only breakfast + dinner. Both Russians and Turks live in the hotel, there were British. And students of the Academy of Tourism have been living and studying there for three years now, who smoke, make noise and listen to music in the evenings under the windows of the hotel or next to the playground. They're annoying. In addition, there is a construction site 200 meters in front of the hotel, sometimes sounds interfere. Therefore, windows to the courtyard of neighboring houses are probably better, less noise. A taxi call button is next to the hotel, and there is still a 70 m above it. They were always settled immediately without waiting. Towels were changed daily. Bed on request. They give 2 small pieces of soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper, probably a sterilized glass. Of the disadvantages, there is a black mold at the joint of the seams in the bathroom. And check for brown blankets, they usually lie in the closet, it was sometimes cool in October. Maids give out on request. The staff is polite and friendly. They speak Russian. English is even better spoken.

I liked the hotel as a whole, small, quiet family atmosphere. It takes about 30 minutes from the airport. The beach is 7-10 minutes away. There are many shops nearby, the mountains are just around the corner from the beach, it is very beautiful. There was enough food, there wasn't much variety, but we were always full. Of the fruits, only watermelon or melon. The rooms are cozy. For those who are not particularly whimsical, I highly recommend it! I would have come back again!
I had a rest in October at the hotel. The bed has not been changed in 2 weeks not once. The towels were changed when I asked. The room is cleaned with a dry cloth, I personally saw it.The hotel is dead, but the staff is excellent. The sea is nearby. You won't stay hungry.
We stayed at this hotel in early November for two weeks. We didn't stay at the hotel, left in the morning, returned late at night, so in principle everything was fine with us. We didn't give a damn about the poor cleaning of the room, the fact that the 2 bottles of water were not always delivered. We only went back to sleep. But still, there are things that I consider it my duty to convey to other potential guests of the hotel. One of the blankets stank terribly, and, moreover, the * nom. At first they could not determine where the smell came from)))((( I called the reception, they changed it for us, but the unpleasant aftertaste still remained. In general, they could have apologized, but this did not happen. This is the first one. Secondly, I needed a transport card, without which there is no way in Turkey. Cash is not accepted on buses. However, later I found out that it turns out that you can pay with a bank card. I decided to ask the receptionist on duty where I can buy a transport card nearby. He offered to buy from him for $1, which I gladly did. He offered to exchange dollars for lira, but I refused, realizing that in this case the exchange rate would be more expensive. What was my surprise and indignation when I realized that this administrator had sold me an already used disposable card, which is no longer subject to replenishment! Simply put, he "threw" me for money! To say that I was shocked is to say nothing! I understand that they would have been deceived on the street, but here a hotel guest was deceived by his own employee! This receptionist was wearing glasses. I don't know his name, because none of the employees have name badges, which is also a big disadvantage. So, one administrator, who was wearing glasses, turned out to be a crook and a deceiver, and the other, younger and with a mustache, was loudly clicking seeds in the workplace. This happened when we had to sit in the lobby in front of the reception waiting for a delayed flight. Only the third administrator made a pleasant impression. His name is Ali. He introduced himself, and then did not forget to greet each other with restrained politeness every day. I managed to get my dollar for TC from the cheating administrator. He pretended to be a fool, and even had the audacity to offer to buy another card from him. And yet, if I had known that the hostel of the Academy of Tourism is located in this hotel during school hours, I would never have bought a ticket there. The noise in the evenings was terrible. Moreover, the entire lobby in front of the reception, in fact, a place of rest for hotel guests, was constantly occupied by a group of students. There, they, led by a teacher, noisily conducted group trainings and classes. I didn't know that we would have to spend our holidays in the student dormitory. Further, it is very unpleasant when the restaurant staff (in fact, the canteen) work without any uniform. They take out trays of food, collect dishes in their street jeans and T-shirts. It is impossible to distinguish them from vacationers. We could have at least provided for some aprons. It's very unpleasant, you must agree. We only had breakfast at the hotel. The buffet breakfast was quite good for this level of hotel. However, the tea was terrible. I only tried to drink it once, but I was scared off by the terrible smell of old tea leaves. It even made me feel bad. But the coffee with milk was not bad. I never drink instant coffee, but I liked this one. I even mistook it for a grain at first. It turned out to be soluble)) to the question of whether I would return to this hotel again, I will definitely answer NO! I am a very picky person, but who wants to go back to a place where you are being blindly deceived by employees? Are the seeds shamelessly clicking in front of you, as if in a village, on a dump? And where in the evenings, instead of relaxing, are they forced to listen to student hubbub?
A good urban-type hotel, room repairs are required, and the menu is varied, especially breakfasts, cleaning is not very good, advantages - the location is excellent, everything is nearby, the market, ATMs, cafes. If you are actively relaxing and need a hotel to spend the night, you can live.
I love it... cozy...cute...simply...without pathos, but comfortable... 5-7 minutes leisurely walk from the hotel...the beach is public, but convenient... I look forward to returning there as soon as possible 🤗
We recommend it
A decent budget hotel. We will be happy to stay in it again!
*Check-in and ROOM*
We stayed at the hotel from 02/05/2017 to 02/12/2017.Number 1412.A small clean room, no crumbling junk was seen, a brand new renovation in the bathroom pleased, all standard tual.accessories were present. The air conditioner was working properly. Wi-Fi, the devices consistently picked up the signal. There was a glitch once, but it didn't last long.
*POWER SUPPLY*
We took half board (breakfast + dinner). The food is quite varied. There is something to compare it with, better than in some 4* and 5*. We had more than enough of everything. In any case, although the assortment is not large and monotonous, we did not starve. And the biggest plus is that everything was delicious. What you don't take, you finish to the end.
THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL
Excellent.Everything is within walking distance, including 3 large super grocery stores, cafes, etc. I really liked that it was quiet, there was no busy highway nearby, Such a cozy, sleeping area.It takes about 20-30 minutes from the airport. It takes 40 minutes to get to the center by KL08 bus. The bus stop is 3 minutes away from the hotel. It is exactly 5 minutes to the sea. There is a playground with exercise equipment across the street from the hotel. In the direction of the bus stop, a couple of minutes - a square with nesting dolls.Such a recreation area with benches, a fountain, etc.
*SERVICE*
The receptionists are all polite, patient and attentive. The waiters, the guys at the reception - all well done! Smiling, friendly, responsive. In this regard, a solid 5 !
The cleaners often changed the towels, not just dried them and returned them back, but put them really clean, I checked by the smell of freshness and powder) Santa Marina knows how to recruit staff.Keep it up !
In conclusion, I can say: we liked the hotel and I boldly recommend it to those who are considering an active vacation and do not plan to sit in the hotel all day, since the territory and infrastructure does not suggest such an option. Eating to live, not overeat. Corresponds to 3 stars for all 1000%,
The first hotel I don't want to go back to. The rooms are shabby, everything is kept on snot, mold in the bathroom, bad beds, little choice in food. But the convenient location and the presence of shops around, close to the sea, the beach is good, sun beds for 20 lira for 2 pcs.
Satisfied!
Cordially.Good.
Damir decides EVERYTHING!
(DAMIR IS THE ADMINISTRATOR.)
Having such an administrator on staff is good luck for the hotel and customers.
