Waiter Vladislav is all the stars, it's a pity that there are only 5 of them here!! Vladislav is a very kind, attentive, unobtrusive and very pleasant young man. He knows the menu perfectly well, reacts quickly and helps to choose the right dish for the client. We ordered fettuccine with seafood and kebabs with vegetables. The kebab is very juicy, delicious, melts in your mouth) but I didn't really like fettuccine, the dish itself didn't have enough sauce or something connecting between pasta and seafood) in general, we were very satisfied, here for the first time) Frappuccino classic fire 🔥 😊

I often go to Pappi for a good mood and have a snack and just coffee with dessert, more than a month ago I ordered a Greek salad for the first time with clarification without onions (I liked it as a result) and tonight I went for coffee, but I don't mind having a snack, to which the same young waiter offered the same salad himself I clarified that without onions, having remembered even then such a small detail, top-level attentiveness, the staff always remember my preferences, but to such an extent))) they have quite a few visitors, so I was touched, they are always sooo cordially welcomed, unobtrusively ask clarifying questions, no delays, calm, not screaming music, moderate cozy interior, everything is always served on time, the waiters infect with a good mood, God grant everyone stress tolerance😄 all the main dishes and pizza are super delicious, very tasty coffee, one once the coffee was warm and not hot as I wanted, and the cook with the dish made a mess, but given my number of visits to this place, I'm generally very happy, I won't stop visiting it, for some reason this is one of the most cozy places in Brest for my family ... thank you)

We ordered 2 pizzas: one with pineapple, the second with mushrooms and ham - both tasteless! The ingredients seem to have been burned, almost cold, bland, no taste. It was good six months ago, but now we are dissatisfied for the umpteenth time.
We waited longer than promised.
It's a pity, we won't order any more, it's better not to take any chances.

Today we were the first visitors to the Rari, we went for coffee and cakes. I really liked everything, a gorgeous dessert with strawberries, the fragrant smell of coffee. Fast service and a nice waiter. We tried pizza on thin dough and with crispy sides-it's a masterpiece!!!

When serving, the waiters' faces are twisted, frowns and attitude towards you are purely on the off, I would like to see a smile, it seems like this is the base. There was also a feeling that it was impossible to enter the institution with children, because the phrase "if a child breaks a glass, you will pay" sounded like a threat. It seems like it's clear that if something breaks through our fault, then we have to pay. He also absently caught the sideways glances of the waiters towards the child, who was calmly sitting with balloons and eating potatoes. French fries after 5 minutes tasted terrible, obviously not fresh. Nuggets for the amateur. As I understand it, there is no toilet in the institution, there is a toilet in the store, but everyone knows what kind of sanitation in the toilets of the store. As a result, the pleasant mood was spoiled by the waiters and the further sediment from the place remained unpleasant.

Namely, the administrator. He does not speak correctly and with boorish overtones. There's gum under the tables, ugh, it's unsanitary. The menu has not been updated either. The pizzas are delicious. But the pitch could have been better. If you don't communicate much with the staff, then you can go in. By the way, there is a lot of dust on the walls and racks. We decided not to take any chances, because just to get the menu we had to wait five minutes, and this with a small number of people.
