I have successfully placed my order (attached screenshot), for which I have received confirmation, and I have also been given a specific shipping date. I talked to the girl, she explained everything to me, confirmed the order and told me how and what would go. Since the date is already close, and no one has contacted me for delivery, I decided to check the store myself. It turned out that my order wasn't just not going anywhere, as this tile was also out of stock, and in addition to everything else, in order for me to order it, I had to buy 3 times more than I needed.
When I was trying to resolve the situation, an employee named Alexander just hung up on me.
