I stayed at this hotel twice, in different buildings. If on the first arrival the room was, although small, but neat, in the building where the reception desk is. Then, on my second visit, I was placed in the building where the restaurant is, while with a suitcase I had to climb a steep flight of stairs to the elevator. And the room was just terrible, cramped, dark, with shabby furniture, with fungus on the walls of the bathroom and, worst of all, a small window overlooking a black (in the full sense of the word) staircase with mountains of garbage and steps passing a few centimeters from the window (I even left a photo of this stunning interior in the phone number). The restaurant is small, the number of rooms is inadequate, the buffet is right at the entrance in a narrow corridor, there were often no free places for breakfast. The staff also leaves much to be desired, to put it mildly, "not friendly." One plus is a good location almost in the center of Madrid.
