The administrator of the hostel is a woman who will live with you. To share all the space with you from the refrigerator to the toilet and constantly try to find out everything about you and your personal life. In addition to all this, if you stay late, you will be unwitting witnesses to the constant discussion of other guests behind their backs. Constant gossip and close contact with the administrator will spoil your stay and mood. Take care of your karma people.
It's a great place. Friendly staff. Clean and cozy. Rooms with shower and toilet. The shared kitchen is large and comfortable. Towels are provided. The bed linen is clean. The beds are comfortable. Recently renovated.
A decent place for a budget overnight stay in Yerevan
Liked it · In short, it is primarily a hostel, but which has 2 or 3 separate rooms. One of them even seems to have its own bathroom, we got it without it (but it's 30% cheaper). The interior is very clean (except for the kitchen, it is not always there) and bright. Mistress Amalia tries to maintain normal discipline. The room itself is small, but very neat and clean. Wi-Fi works perfectly and is very fast absolutely everywhere. Hot water in the shower without interruptions (a popular problem in Yerevan), it is very good. I met some cool traveling guys. A very high-strung German Shepherd King lives in the yard (he has his own private room). There are no special problems with parking near the house, but potentially there is a place for cars on the territory, I do not know if they are allowed there. Important: house 30 is not house 30/1, pay attention to the big yellow sign.
I didn't like it · The specifics of the hostel still make themselves felt. This means that the noise from the nocturnal activity of the guests will sometimes still be there. I'm not sure if this is a disadvantage, but the specifics are the specifics. An additional fee is charged for late check-in, this is also worth bearing in mind (we managed to do it).
Everything looks clean and beautiful, but if you are ready for the fact that the hostel administrator will smile sweetly in your face and pour mud behind your back, then you are in Santorini
A great place
I stayed here for 2+ weeks, having got into the "wave" of relocating Russians) After looking at the apartment options, I realized that the hostel is much more cozy, cleaner, there is a courtyard, swings, gazebos, there is someone to talk to and a very kind hostess, a girl who watched the cleanliness and the mother-in-law of the hostess
There were incidents when not all bookings were accepted at the booking, in early March there was a real boom of Russians in Armenia, but many flights were canceled, while people did not care about canceling reservations at the booking. But for those who did fly, the hostess could always offer a compromise, find a free bed and still settle people
The most responsive and fair hostess, I really enjoyed living in this house!)
I'll leave a short description, because I really liked it there and this place should definitely have a score of 5!)
Amazing cleanliness, everything is cleaned every day, which creates maximum comfort, at home I could never maintain such cleanliness all the time!
There are curtains on each bed - I've never seen this anywhere, it's +1000 to comfort and privacy in the common room, plus new beds, metal frame, new moderately hard mattresses, my back was happy, new white cotton linen, everyone has a lamp, socket and shelf
Separate showers - female and male, as well as toilets. New, pleasant, hot water flows immediately and it is straight boiling water
In the kitchen, everyone has their own shelf for food, and the kitchen itself is quite spacious, everyone had a place for breakfast or lunch
The hostel is not in the center, but 13 minutes from the metro and a half-hour walk to Russia Mall - I see only a plus in this, because it is quiet, there is not such a flow of people as in the center, the air is cleaner and there is a small park nearby and good grocery stores
Well, to be honest, I didn't live there.
But I stopped by, looked at everything and left.
Firstly, it is a wild place.
It's not far from the railway station, but let's be honest - it's some kind of backyard, private sector, close to a public transport stop, but it's hard to find. It is quite far from the city center.
Secondly, there are a lot of people there.
Quite an intelligent audience. I think people just live and work there because the place doesn't seem right for tourists.
There's a big dog barking. I don't know, I don't like that).
And so, in principle, it is clean and tidy, but it did not suit me at all.
A beautiful place. Beautiful territory, there is a kitchen, clean bedrooms. The staff is friendly

Friendly staff, good Internet throughout the territory, you can sit outside to work, clean linen, there is an outlet at each bed, there is warm water in the shower heated by a solar water heater (you need to wait a little and drain the water to be warm), the kitchen has everything you need (kettle, stove, dishes, appliances). Now, from the minor disadvantages: when cooking in the kitchen, the whole stench rises to the second floor in the living rooms, there is no microwave, the refrigerator is packed to the brim with perhaps products that were left over from previous guests. It is also very important :) someone eats other people's chocolates at night, so take all the sweets with you to the room)
We arrived, the reserved room is occupied. The hostess throws up her hands and says, "Well, that's how it worked out."
The room is not heated, there are no working heaters.
Audibility is tinny, in addition to the neighbors behind the wall there is a large dog that constantly barks.
The hostess is rude and not hospitable, I had to urgently look for another place to stay.
Check in there only if you don't like yourself very much.
