Good evening, everyone.We ordered two cabinets of different sizes in Gomel and Mogilev, everything arrived upon delivery. During the assembly of one cabinet, a defect in the cabinet door was discovered.The defect was not immediately detected as it was brought in at night.During installation, a defect was found on the door and on the packaging.What should we do with the chips now? In general, when opening the package completely, parts of the furniture are found with wood shavings and dust.Absolutely no quality.Previously, we bought living room furniture from Russia, there were no complaints, and there was practically no dust.We will assemble the second cabinet, and we will post all the photos at the opening.

It so happened that I bought a kitchen a year ago. We already regretted the assembly, the quality is frankly not very good. A couple of months later, the guides in the locker were already changed, where there was a sliding cupboard for pots (although before that there was a kitchen, which we used for 15 years and the guides did not change, although there were fewer pots, they did not fit there), well, okay, we changed the curtains in one locker, well, okay. BUT when the countertop swells in the middle, because water gets there! This is something! And what should I do? The warranty is 18 months. The kitchen is disposable, you need to warn about this, that you can not put anything there, do not use water, just so that the furniture is standing. I contacted the store, since the warranty period did not come out, they just laughed, it was not possible to get through to an ordinary customer, wrote to an e-mail no one answers. Completely ignored. I don't recommend it. The kitchen is disposable.

We bought a chest of drawers "Wenge" in packaged form in the Kirmash store in Minsk.During the assembly process, the elements are numbered according to the assembly instructions...the frame is without any flaws with the correct geometry and looks impressive and solid...cool hinges and it is indicated in the instructions how to disconnect the shanks, and this is good - other manufacturers forget to specify and then buyers have problems...but NPUE "Sapermebel" does everything for the buyer and the people's radio takes everything into account and THANKS to the management and working staff...so keep on the path of perfection at an affordable price for pensioners and discounts on quality in the year of QUALITY.

We ordered a bedside table. The quality is not bad. I was upset by the attitude towards the buyer. There was no material, then everyone got sick (but other orders were made). The cabinet was received almost 4 months after the date of the order. They did not apologize, did not respond to any letter. They got the money, and you wait for your order, that's your problem.

I ordered furniture (wardrobe + 2 bedside tables). Three years have passed. The furniture is as new, there are no problems. A year ago, we ordered a kitchen, the cabinets were put together to the ceiling, the price is ridiculous, but it looks decent in the platinum color. In order to avoid problems, it is necessary to seal the joints securely. Here is an example, it will be enough for 5-7 years, and then you need a new one due to obsolescence. I recommend it as a budget option for the neat ones.

we ordered a kitchen, economy.. of course, you don't expect much from it, but when water got on the facade, the process of absorption into the chipboard immediately began, as a result of an unpleasant-looking "bump" ... wipe it off, but the kitchen absorbs water like a sponge... and it would be fine if the drawers were not under the sink and it would be fine if the ends were not protected, but when the drawer under the sink and the facades swell as if they had forgotten to "glue", then some obscenities come to mind... Well, at least glue these places additionally... other manufacturers of kitchens in this price range, at least in these places, provide that chipboard perfectly absorbs water... as a result, if you need a "fake" kitchen, then you are here! maybe the staff is great there, but there is no kitchen.

We ordered furniture from this manufacturer and regretted it a hundred times. The quality of the furniture is terrible. The corner kitchen sofa after two months of use, the facade simply began to crumble, and the factory refuses to replace it, allegedly they determined from the photo that this was not a warranty case, the sofa was not examined by either representatives of the factory or representatives of the store. Countertops for the kitchen are generally a separate topic, this is the third countertop from the factory, and the third is defective. It's a horror. I do not advise anyone to buy this furniture.

We bought a three-door wardrobe with side shelves.
After unpacking, we did not find a single scratch, which was pleasantly surprised.
But I liked even more that there was not a single problem during the assembly.
All the holes matched, all the components were enough.
The only small problem is due to the uneven floor, I had to replace the footrest with adjustable ones.
We were satisfied with the purchase.
