A wonderful hotel. The area is tidy, lots of greenery, cozy, compact. The most important difference of this hotel is a super, mega hotel! They cook deliciously, in a variety of ways, and do not skimp on food. I have never seen such a variety in any hotel of this price category: seafood often, beef, pork, chicken, fish of various types. I won't talk about vegetables/fruits.They were constantly in abundance. I was pleased with the menu in the lobby bar. What a great pomegranate wine, good whiskey, and a variety of cocktails..
The hotel's infrastructure is well thought out and meets the needs and requests of different guests. There are no golf courses, but you can play basketball..That's what my son did with his peers in the evenings.
The music from the disco did not bother us in the evening, as it is located far away, closer to the sea. The beach is not very wide, there is a pier with a slide. It is immediately deep into the sea after 3 meters. And if you swim a little bit, you can stand on huge boulders at the bottom. We swam in masks and watched the schools of fish there.
I remember the beach bar, where they baked super delicious pizza)) I remember it all as a sweet dream! I recommend the hotel to everyone, which is well located (shops, markets, benches are right across the street..

I had a rest in June 2024. In general, I liked everything. Food, well-maintained beach area. There is a cool pier with a slide in the sea. The only thing is that the rooms in the old buildings are very tired. If comfort in the room is important to you, then you should NOT consider living in buildings! (See photos of the rooms in the buildings). Only bungalows, they are all much more comfortable and better located, further from the roadway.

THE COOL HOTEL IS JUST GREAT!!!!!
In September 2024, I came to the SAPHIR Hotel for the second time for 14 nights and was very very satisfied with the rest and the hotel! 15 days flew by very quickly, so I didn't even really want to leave the hotel!!!
The hotel is very cool in its location, a large green area, the location of the buildings, everything is thought out to the smallest detail and laconic, tasteful, beautiful! Lots of greenery, flowers, everything is well maintained and perfect cleanliness throughout the hotel and on the beach too. The hotel has a blue flag!!! The sea is clean and the beach itself is very clean and well maintained, from the pier you can see the bottom and see the fish that swim next to the pier!
The room stock is good, the furniture is good, not new, but very nice and well maintained. The bed linen is perfect, white and clean. The rooms are cleaned every day, perfectly and always clean! Many THANKS to the staff for the cleanliness in the hotel because it is not an easy task to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel!
I arrived in the morning, and a transfer from the airport brought us to the hotel at about 11.45 o'clock. We checked in at 12.20 p.m. Our room was located in the villa buildings, room 3315 (2nd floor). The room is excellent, not very big and not very small, quite a cozy room with a nice balcony overlooking the garden.
The food at the hotel is just great! Everything is just very tasty and lots of things! You can't leave the restaurant hungry, no matter how hard you try! Seafood, meat to choose from in any kind of cooking, and a lot of different side dishes. Fruits include green and black seedless grapes, nectarine, peach, pear, orange, watermelon, melon, banana, apples. There are a lot of sweets - just a daily feast for lunch and dinner, a sea of different varieties of cakes, 2-3 cakes are at least always different, just my eyes run away that I want to try everything - it's just a holiday!
Turkish Night was held every week at least!
There is a bar next to the main restaurant on the street, which is open until 23:30. In which you can sit well on upholstered seats with a hookah, drink soft drinks, cocktails! A disco starts near the beach at 0.00 and lasts until 02.00 at night, where great music is playing!
A foam disco was held weekly on the beach, it was very fun and cool!
Last year and this year, the OctoberFest beer festival was held! In 2024, it was held on September 28, but I left on September 27!(((((But I have no doubt that it was also on top, just like last year!
There are many different shops, shopping centers, and bazaars near the hotel. You don't even have to go to Alanya and go shopping there, because there are the same shops near the hotel! Very convenient!
The hotel is very cool in all aspects of recreation and location, I highly recommend families with children, newlyweds, and people of any age to relax in it!
I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel, it's just great!
The hotel has once again confirmed its superiority, hospitality, with its impeccability, comfort and coziness, which makes you feel at home on vacation!

We had a rest in Alanya and its surroundings in many places, this time we chose Sapphire.In general, it's not bad, a wide variety of food, lots of fruits,good coffee beans,ice cream in refrigerators,fanta,pepsi sprite bottled water,good Tuborg Gold beer.But for us, the minus is the beach-the approach is terrible with boulders, I had to buy aqua shoes, there is a pier, but with children it is not an option.We took Villa Diamond and did not lose, a huge room is all nearby.Cleaning consists only in changing towels and throwing out garbage, the plumbing has never been washed.And for the first time in several years of vacation in Turkey, the whole family caught rotovirus, they did not swim in the pools.We will not return because of the beach

I believe that this hotel is the epitome of a harmonious combination of price and quality. We were here as a family 2 times, in July and August. The food suited everyone - greens, fruits (oranges, bananas, figs, grapes, strawberries, watermelon, melon), vegetables, meat - poultry, beef, lamb, and even sea products. There has always been fish. Lots of theme nights. There is enough beach for everyone, Lots of canopies and palm trees, there is a place to hide from the sun. The only beer is so-so, but migros is across the street 😉

It's just a great hotel. We went in July with a girl. A homely, cozy atmosphere, chic staff, while we were not bored, we were fired up at the disco, went to bed at 5 a.m., or even did not sleep at all. I will tell you about my impressions: We were at the hotel from September 18-30, 2024.The staff is responsive, friendly, and Russian-speaking.They called a taxi more than once.I especially liked the service in the restaurant.
Despite the fact that there was a buffet, the waiters readily brought drinks and desserts.I would especially like to mention the waiter Akhmet - that's a lot of charm and willingness to provide everything promptly, with kindness and humor. The feeling of abundance of diversity made us remember moderation.
The only remark to the maids was that they had to remind them to give out shower gel and shampoo.
Towels and linen were changed daily.
Another advantage of choosing this hotel was the presence of a pier on the beach.
I wish the Sapphire Hotel continued prosperity and well-being!

Nice hotel, rested from 4 to 10 July 24.
There is a pier on the beach, you can always find free sun beds, even at 11 am, this is a rarity for Turkey. There is a slide on the sea.
The food is also decent, 2 times a day there is ice cream in an individual package. Delicious pizza is prepared on the beach from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For lunch, do not go to the main restaurant, you can have lunch by the pool.
The hotel has a very convenient location in terms of shopping, very close to the shopping center, where there is LC Waikiki, de facto, collins, market.

The hotel is super, 5 out of 5.I advise you to book a room in the Diamond building, the room is huge, everything is new.The territory is large, 2 pools, slides, cleanliness everywhere.The beach is sandy and pebbly, there are a lot of sunbeds.There is also a pier with sun beds and a water slide-I advise you to get a feel.
The variety and quality of the food was very pleasing: 3-4 types of fish,meat (beef, lamb), chicken, turkey, shrimp.10 types of ice cream, yoghurts,ayran, carbonated drinks are freely available - take as many as you want.

Firstly, we were there with two children of 10 and 1 year old, the hotel has a children's menu, to say that it is there is nothing to say, it simply does NOT EXIST! When I started to find out about this issue, I was told that it used to be, but now it's just fruit puree, milkshake and milk (with small children, I don't recommend using the word at all)! The beach is sand and pebbles, there are large stones at the entrance to the sea, I broke my finger while I went into the sea with a child in my arms ((( half a vacation for a smart ((( the food is monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. The rooms are so small. The beach is poorly cleaned, sun beds need to be occupied in the morning. The spa is just terrible, I went for a relaxation massage, so the whole session the masseuse was distracted by the phone and there was a feeling that she had a cold (constantly sniffing ). I believe that this hotel is not worth the money from the word at all.

I was disappointed this year, there is no room cleaning at all, the garbage was thrown out, the bed was fixed and that was it, the dust was never wiped, the floor was not vacuumed, there was carpet in the room. The bed and towel were changed upon request. The room key was messing up all the time, I had to go to the reception to ask for it all the time. A great hotel, we liked everything, a room in the main building, cleaning every day, a lot of different food, there are themed days in the kitchen: Turkish day and fish day, the food corresponds to the theme. The beach is good, of course, there are always not enough sun beds, but we came across responsive people and often offered a sunbed, we did not occupy it in the morning)) the pools are cool, there is a pool bar, animation in the pool, as well as in the evening: first for children, then for adults.
By the way, friends paid extra for the villa, junior suite upon arrival, so it's worse there!! Both in terms of the quality of cleaning and the distance from the dining room, and even a couple of cockroaches were observed there😳 it's kind of damp there))

A mixed feeling remained from visiting this hotel. Beautiful territory, plentiful food throughout the day, you will not stay hungry, but do not expect a gastronomic orgasm. We lived in the second building, with Windows overlooking the pool. It was impossible to sleep, you listen to the neighboring disco until three in the morning, and from 10 a.m. music from the big pool, keep in mind this nuance when checking in. The rooms are very simple, the bed is hard, the air conditioner turns off at any opening of the balcony door and turns on only 2 minutes after closing, forcibly, you constantly need to get up. WiFi is unstable, the quality of work depends on the place of use, it constantly crashes.
There are many Russian-language channels, one of them is Ukrainian, which tells around the clock which Russians are "bad".
The staff is friendly.

Yesterday, somehow, a sewage drain occurred in the sea, in the evening no one was allowed to swim, the smell was incredible, they found that some kind of stinky river was flowing next to the hotel. Perhaps something has to do with it, keep this in mind when choosing a hotel. But I would especially like to say about the employee of the spa salon, if you suddenly, God forbid, do not come to the spa treatments, then the number one is out of order, today I listened to a whole lecture from him, when and how I should change towels. The rest of the drinks are for the amateur. Once a week on Wednesdays, fish day (class5+) Sweets are the best. Of the minuses, there is no iron in the room. There is nothing to do in a la card restaurants, you need to eat in the main restaurant. The Internet is flooding in, and only on the first floors. The beach is nice, not very rocky. Well-groomed territory. The animation is weak, but it's for the best, they don't put music on the beach. The rooms are cleaned well, the air conditioning is working properly. I take off one star for the sewer. In the main building, the rooms have a full bath. However, there is a drain hole in the bathroom floor. If you don't pour water into it for a day, then the next day it starts to stink of sewage. For this vonism and the need to fight it, we remove one star.

Cleaning of the hotel itself, there is no cleaning at all, at the end of our vacation I saw a cleaner a couple of times and pretended to clean
Room cleaning is a separate kind, no chemicals, not even a smell, as it should be after cleaning. There are no disinfectants, the dishes are dirty, the cups are poorly washed. There is a very small assortment of food. The wine is simple, slop. The impressions are terrible. Thank God, none of our family picked up anything. The beach is good, although the entrance to the sea, the stones, but the water is cool, clean, transparent. We arrive twice a year, in May and October. We have already been to many hotels, and there is something to compare it with, this hotel does not pull at all even for 4 *, the service is the most terrible. The money is crazy for travel packages and such shit, sorry. We were disappointed, the location was inconvenient, and the food was hot and cold. You need to run outside with plates.
As a result, it's a solid minus. At the end of our vacation, we saw the chef, and as cooks at the distribution, they wipe dirty marmites and spoons next to them
It is not clear why this did not happen initially. There are a lot of Germans with terrible coughs and snot who sit in a restaurant and blow their noses, ugh. In general, the staff is not polite, everyone is nervous, tired and no one even says hello. The first hotel with such staff. The rooms are tired, the towels have not been changed at all, they have been on the beach since 2015. Nightmare. We are very upset that we bought vouchers. It's a pity the money spent. It is not possible to drink coffee, it is sour. Fortunately, Turkish was also delicious, everything else is fu. I hope the management will take measures to clean and improve the service of their hotel. People come to enjoy their holidays, not to lie with diarrhea or in the hospital. Yes, the hotel is not new and not in a modern style, but very clean, cozy with a huge green area. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are excellent, we lived in a three-storey house next to the sea, the view is magnificent. I can say the same about nutrition- as everywhere else, nothing new. The food is great, the entry into the sea is good, there is a lot of greenery, the programs are fun, and in general, the atmosphere in the hotel itself is very friendly. Well, let's start in order, it so happened that we did not choose this hotel, canceled in Antalya and the tour operator offered Sapphire, read the reviews and thought well, it seems to be nothing. Upon arrival, I liked everything for the first two days.

FRIENDS, THIS HOTEL IS NOT EVEN 3*, everything in the rooms is so old, the hair dryer broke on the third day, fortunately everyone who works there immediately responds to requests, but the guys are very tired and do not even smile, two stars only for these people!
The slide on the pier was not turned on once, one on the pool once and the second also for the same one-time promotion.
The animation could also be better with the declared stars of the hotel.
We did not have skin irritation anywhere, upon arrival we are now treating red spots.
Pools don't seem to have any complaints , but sun beds take up the feeling that at 5 a.m., like grandmothers, it's a queue for a pension.You go out for breakfast, things are already lying around everywhere.
Beach beds seem to be normal, but there are always dogs climbing on the beach, most likely lying on sun beds, it's time to change umbrellas a long time ago. They are useless.
ALGOCOL is JUST WITHOUT WORDS AT ALL, they interfere with water or what is not clear, they asked for pure rum at the bar, said no, immediately a German tourist with a glass of pure rum in front of us walked away.
In the morning, the toilet stinks so that it is impossible to go in there, the smell cannot be conveyed.
FOOD, it's just a complete p****c , all that's left is such a feeling dumped into one and everything is cooked again , everything is bland , sweets are the same , meat if it's mutton sometimes there is a smell, if it's chicken or turkey you don't feel at all what you eat , on the third day your stomach was swollen , we ran for local medicines because it was simply impossible.

We just returned from vacation today. I decided to read the reviews and write my own.
Everyone has their own opinion, their own attitude, you can't please everyone, as they say.
So, I was on vacation with 2 children aged 14 and 10. It was a paradise for children to eat. The eldest child gained 2 kg upon arrival (which was very pleasant, although I cook everything at home)
The younger one is not an eater at all and, then, was pleased. There are no problems with food at all, it is always delicious and there was enough for everyone, no matter what time they came. But I can't imagine how to feed small children, there is no children's table (mashed potatoes and broccoli?)
. There are always places too, there are sooo many people, mostly Germans.
There are very few Russians.
The sea is beautiful, clean at the pier and not very near the sunbeds. The entrance to the sea is a bit rocky, the exit is harder.
We took rooms in the Villa, we liked everything, most importantly, peace and quiet.
If anyone reads my review who has SMALL CHILDREN, YOU DEFINITELY ARE NOT HERE (at least in hot August)
, but, on the whole, we liked it!

We rested in October 2023 from 4 to 18, full 14 days, early check-in, late check-out (paid extra to Aeroflot ...). I liked everything and the food, and the sea, and the room. The service is very good. No negativity from the staff. There are a lot of Ukrainians, Germans, Poles. Everyone is adequate. Before the trip, I read reviews that they behave aggressively towards Russians. No attacks on us. Young people are noisy like everyone else. The room is decent, overlooking the pool. The night music from the neighboring karaoke bar was annoying, up to 2-3 hours at night, with the balcony door closed.
There are markets, shops nearby, you can go to the center without problems, buses run regularly.
The territory is large, everything is green. Not even all the roses have withered yet, October is still here. The beach is sandy and pebbly, we took aquataps with us, entering and exiting the sea without any problems. I liked the hotel, the rest was a success (it's a little expensive only compared to 2021).

It's not worth the money. You won't stay hungry. The territory is large and well maintained. The rooms are small enough, it's good for one, it's already cramped for two. The rooms are old, but well maintained. The garbage is taken out every day. The beach is cramped, but there is a wooden pier that saves. There is a lot of garbage in the water at low tide. The animation is weak. The bartenders are great, they already know what you drink and how much on the second day. I think you can find something better for that price.

We arrived at the beginning of July, settled in without problems before 14:00, the only thing was that the room was indicated with a double bed, but it turned out to be two separate ones and a hole in the middle.... There are no double blankets. The room is clean, cozy, but the renovation is quite old. We cleaned every day, vacuumed the floors. The territory of the hotel is small and there are a lot of people, the hotel cannot cope with such a flow. The electricity was turned off in the entire hotel 3-4 times, the elevators did not work (someone could get stuck in them) there is no ventilation on the floors themselves. After the "shutdown" of electricity, the Internet in the rooms stopped catching after 10 days of rest, they came up with this problem at the reception, they told us "we don't have WiFi in the rooms"))) I give the staff 3 stars
As for the food, the queues are so long, as if people had never eaten in their lives and greedily piled everything on their plates.
The beach is normal, only pebbly was declared, in fact a mess of stones with sand and a muddy sea is a bonus. The beach was cleaned, a place could always be found. But in the end, there were a lot more people, it was impossible to go into the sea like ants
Ala Kart Restaurants have a good idea, but the food there leaves much to be desired… Rubber squid, dried bruschetta and shrimp in butter sauce. The fish was only delicious and the water)) there is alcohol in restaurants for an additional fee.the fee and alcohol are also carried simply from an ordinary bar.
The hotel contingent was not particularly impressed… Hungry, greedy people who are ready to do anything for food 😅
In general, you don't have to expect much from the hotel, read the reviews before you go. Our vacation wasn't ruined because we didn't focus on it.
But we will not come to this hotel anymore, I put a solid 2 out of 5.

We visited this hotel in October a few years ago with young children.
Advantages: the location by the sea, a large green area, the buildings were immersed in blooming bougainvillea, 2 huge pools that worked in October.
Disadvantages: monotonous food, at first there were queues in the dining room, but gradually they disappeared, because October. We were moved to other rooms twice, because the buildings were closed for the winter.
The security of the hotel searched at the checkpoint and took away drinks, because it is forbidden to bring them into the hotel. But we still bought them and tried to carry them, because it's much more expensive in the hotel. If they caught me, I poured the contents under the bushes so as not to feed the freeloading guards. But one day I poured it right on the head of a very aggressive and zealous person to cool him down.
An interesting event: we saw the Turkish population census. In advance, notices were posted on the buildings of the hotel that on such and such a day it was impossible to leave the hotel until so much. Well, we're Russians. We agreed and all went to the city together that day. We saw the apocalypse: there was not a soul on the streets, everything was closed, stray dogs were running and the wind was carrying garbage. Sometimes, in complete silence, outdoor refrigerators with drinks turned on loudly. As the locals told us, they are all against any census, so they hid in the basements or left at 5 a.m. on boats at sea.
The next day, everything was as usual.
In general, the hotel meets the 3-star category that it had at that time. The vacation turned out to be exciting and low-budget.

We had a rest at the end of June. Attic room with sea, mountain and mosque views. Cleaning is daily, everything is fine. There is a lot of food, two whole halls. The hotel is very big, there are a lot of people. It's annoying. Wi-Fi only catches at the reception. The beach is sandy and seashell, as always, sun beds are occupied by towels or other attributes of enterprising vacationers in the morning early. The sea is full of waves during a week of rest. Maybe someone likes to beat about them, but not to such an extent, they are already brainwashed. The water was warm + 24. There is a huge bazaar next to the hotel. In general, Turkey, it is Turkey, nothing new and surprising. Alcoholic drinks are local, about nothing. I wouldn't have come back.
