The best hotel in Tashkent!
The main advantages:
1. Modern interior and cleanliness. Everything is done with taste, neatly and stylishly. There is a patio and two bars. The rooms are very cozy, they clean and update supplies every day (drinking water, toothbrushes, etc.)
2. Friendly staff who creates a good mood throughout your stay at the hotel.
3. A varied breakfast buffet.
4. The Gravity bar on the roof is a separate love!!! Insanely delicious cuisine and cocktails!!! Excellent waiters and bartenders!!! The morning and evening atmosphere of the bar will not leave anyone indifferent!!!
5. A local fluffy celebrity (kitty) who likes to visit the rooms :)

Excellent hotel, tolerable breakfasts (unfortunately only coffee filter). Great location next to Mirabad Avenue, comfortable beds, a nice patio between the buildings. Affectionate kitties walk and fawn over guests.
On the downside, the rooms in Building A are noisy at night, you can hear everything from the bar. Building B has attic floors without windows. Periodically, the bathroom smells of stale water, it seems there are certain problems with the sewerage.

A great hotel, it can be seen that the new, fresh minimalistic design. Very pleasant staff, high-quality, daily room cleaning. In general, the hotel is always clean and tidy. The breakfast is varied, delicious, I ordered dinner in the room, it was also very tasty. There is not enough mini-refrigerator in the room, otherwise everything is there, you can ask for an iron and a board if necessary. Maybe I didn't have enough lighting in the room, but it's for taste and color, of course. A nice bonus is a cute local kitty))))

A hotel for fans of minimalism and black-gray-white aesthetics!
Very cool and comfortable rooms, beautiful patio with motivating graffiti.
Well, the main fiery plus is the hotel's restaurant on its roof with maximum openness at 270 degrees of view, which in the evenings becomes a cool bar with music, dancing and cocktails! And I absolutely don't care that this is just the 5th floor - the way it is equipped creates a maximally positive vibe for the modern generation with a flair of freedom, independence and responsibility!

The hotel is not bad, suitable to stay for a couple of nights, conveniently located, very good breakfasts, good bathroom facilities - there is a lot, including a bathrobe, slippers and a shaving kit

3. There is a very good bar with a rare set of single malt whiskies for Uzbekistan, which leads to the fact that everyone walks there and the wild noise costs up to 3 nights, especially on weekends.

The hotel is generally very good. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
But! I had a room on the roof, like I lived in a birdhouse😄 And the worst thing was that I didn't have windows! More precisely, it was on the sloping ceiling, but it could not be reached and it was firmly closed with blinds.
It was as uncomfortable as possible for me to live without sunlight. The benefit is only 3 days.

A nice hotel with excellent staff. We lived in Building A, the room looked like new, although the hotel is already 4 years old. Conveniently located: near a shop and an ATM. There are also national cafes and expensive coffee shops nearby. The rooftop bar does not prevent you from falling asleep early, even on a Friday evening. There was just not enough room in the room. There was one suitcase, but I was constantly tripping over it...

Sapiens Hotel my rating is 4.5.
Positive:
- convenient location
- good rooms and cleanliness in them
- in general, good service, although it is lame in Tashkent. The girls at the reception are gold, the boys are not very..
Of the minuses:
- very thin walls. In one room they sneezed, from another they wished "Be Healthy"
- the breakfasts are weak, especially in service for an additional fee. To get, for example, a Latte (at a price of 30,000 soums (for price comparison, in a restaurant in the center, this is a good portion of barbecue), there must be a barista on the spot, who is often not a whim to start breakfast. And even if he is in place, I did not wait less than 10-15 minutes. So, the hotel needs to work with the service in the restaurant.

Великолепный стильный отель в центре города. Ребята на ресепшене просто супер, все дружелюбные и позитивные! В номере было чисто. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отличный завтрак (шведский стол).
Вообще очень понравилось, видно, что вся команда отеля старается оказать максимально классный сервис. Спасибо за отдых!

But what happened next proved that, in principle, the administration does not care about the interests of the guests. They rented the basement for a drunken sabbath and it was impossible to disperse it until 5 a.m.
- [ ] The complete absence of sound insulation and ventilation in the rooms. It feels like someone is living an active life and cooking in your bathroom
But the most disgusting thing is that on one of the two nights, the hotel Administration rented, most likely illegally, the basement for some kind of drunken sabbath. Completely ignoring the interests of the guests. And this is in the complete absence of thermal insulation in the rooms. Three times a night I had to call the Reception to at least some kind of order. Unfortunately, they had no influence on the guests. Conditional silence was achieved after 4.30 am after a real attempt to call the police.
In general, you need to understand that in this hotel, peace and sleep will only be a dream (when you move to another hotel)

Хороший новый отель, с минималистичный интерьером и приятными фишками:) и отличным расположением в городе!
Отличный завтрак в баре на 5 этаже, в стиле лофт, с панорамными окнами и раздвигающиейся крышей.
В номере чисто, и чисто после уборки, мощные , комфортные тапки!
Кровать огромная и комфортная. Подушки слегка неудобные .
В отеле живёт кошка Маруся:) и есть удивительный внутренний дворик, с прекрасным молодым платаном, с интересным граффити на стене:)

I recommend this place for those who are calm about the local Uzbek flavor in hotels. Everything is "trendy" here - from the design of the rooms to the fantastic rooftop bar. There are breakfasts (very nice view of the mahal), and evening parties, where guests can get in for free (and the parties are good - closed events for a chat of their guys - designers, marketers, IT specialists, etc.). The service is excellent. The price is above average, but it's worth it.

A great stylish hotel in the city center. There are rooms of different levels. And despite the fact that we took the cheapest in the attic without windows, we were as satisfied as possible. It's NOISY, it's impossible to sleep!
Everything was fine until Friday came... and the madhouse began.. This hotel is turning into a club, with music BLARING all over the building, it's IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. At the same time, there is no one at the reception, only a bouncer-face control, which filters people going to these dances ... trash... it would be possible to slap one star for this, but otherwise the hotel is not bad, except for a single window in the wall and terrible noise insulation - you will hear EVERYTHING that happens in the corridor, and a lot is happening there, from text messages coming to the cleaner's phone, to the steps of everyone passing, I'm not talking about voices and so on... if you want to get enough sleep and relax, I would not advise you to come here, especially on Friday! I don't know, maybe there's something like this here on Saturday, but I'm not going to check - I'm getting out of here tomorrow!

Неплохой современный отель: хорошее расположение, абсолютно новые и современные номера, централизованная вентиляция, чисто и есть все необходимое. На крыше организован уютный бар под открытым небом. Вежливый и участливый персонал. Единственный минус - завтраки. Помещение в подвале для такого отеля очень маленькое. Быстро заполняется людьми и заканчивается еда. Персонал на завтраке нерасторопный: столы не убирают долго, еду выносят не сразу. Ассортимент на 4-. Если придешь в конце периода завтрака еды совсем не будет.

В следующий раз, скорее всего, остановлюсь здесь. Мне все очень понравилось, особенно лестница вокруг лифта. Сначала, меня не очень устроило расположение, но обратите внимание, что до Чайкофф и Human house тут рукой подать и не пропустите эти места. Также, рядом рынок с фруктами и капиталбанк.
Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Номер чистый, с хрустящей постелью и гигантской кроватью. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Завтраки шикарные, букинг не соврал. Разнообразные и всегда все красиво и аппетитно, а главное вкусно.
П. С. Если у вас много вещей, то вам не в этот отель. Здесь все в минимализме, и вешалки тоже.
П.П.С. У меня все руки расцарапаны кошкой, которая обитает во внутреннем дворике, но я счастлива, что она такая игривая и никогда не отказывала составить мне компанию.

Там хорошая энергетика.
Там чисто и уютно.
Хорошая постель и подушки.
Люблю барчик, который при гостинице.
У меня предложение к хозяину: включите в списки когда клиент проживал в гостинице более 5 раз в год)
Ну ресторанчик через дорогу тоже радует национальной кухней.

Обслуживание 5. Быстро, отзывчиво и по запросу.
Персонал 5. Приветлевый, готовы помочь по любому вопросу в рамках их компетенций.
Номера 5. Чистейшие, ходишь босиком по номеру и не пылинки. Ничего лишнего.
Еда 5. Вкусно, как обычно, Ташкент влюбляет своей едой.
Бар 4. Немного бы разнообразить меню, но для этого есть отдельный ресторан.
Завтраки 5. Вкусно, хороший выбор.
Чистота отела 5. Ощущаеться заботливая рука собственника и персонала.
Расположение 5. Центр города, в любую точку доберетесь без проблем.
1 минус, дороговато, но смотря с какой целью приезжать. Если командировка, приходишь в чистый и ухоженный отель, ужинаешь и спать, отличный вариант. Если туризм, можно найти дешевле и в целом не хуже.
Выбирайте по карману. Ташкент дает огромный выбор.

Наверное, одно из лучших сочетаний цены и качества в городе. В номере очень чисто, на крыше бар с классным контингентом и вкусными бургерами, есть который внутренний двор и балкончики. Расположение супер, центр совсем рядом.

Отель очень понравился! За свои деньги так вообще прелесть. Что особенно порадовало:
- персонал
- дизайн
- чистота
Мы были под Новый год, к сожалению, бар на крыше ещё не работал, но это может быть даже и плюс, ибо в минусы можно выделить:
- плохая звукоизоляция
- в номерах достаточно холодно (необходимо включать кондиционер на тёплый режим, а он громкий. Ну и если не включить, то есть шанс, что на утро вы заболеете
Тем не менее, общее впечатление от отеля - 5 звёздочек! С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь и во второй раз, если бы оказалась в Ташкенте👍🏻❤️

Отель новый, очень уютный, персонал супер отзывчивый (мне девушка пару часов искала мастера по маникюру, и нашла 😁)! Номера чистые, самое главное- сантехника и постельное белье чистые! На крыше очень уютный бар, где вечером собираются интересные люди и делают очень вкусные авторские коктейли. По стоимости скорее дороже среднего, но относительно цена/качество- полностью соответсвует. Близко находится и от аэропорта и от вокзала, минут 10-15 до обоих пунктов.

There is a pretentious bar on the roof with mediocre food and absolutely terrible cocktails. In general, this would not have affected the hotel in any way if the music had not been blaring until 2 a.m. I really hope that the owners will pay attention to this and it will never happen again. The sound is beautiful. I definitely do not recommend a bar, the hotel is probably safe on the ground floors. Let's see what happens next.
