Best in Tashkent 🌟
Good staff, comfy rooms, clean 😍
Terrace bar is open till 2.00 am. Gravity bar has the best quality as bar and joy. Whenever I come in Tashkent I choose Sapiens 🌟🌟🌟
Excellent hotel, tolerable breakfasts (unfortunately only coffee filter). Great location next to Mirabad Avenue, comfortable beds, a nice patio between the buildings. Affectionate kitties walk and fawn over guests.
On the downside, the rooms in Building A are noisy at night, you can hear everything from the bar. Building B has attic floors without windows. Periodically, the bathroom smells of stale water, it seems there are certain problems with the sewerage.
The best hotel in Tashkent!
The main advantages:
1. Modern interior and cleanliness. Everything is done with taste, neatly and stylishly. There is a patio and two bars. The rooms are very cozy, they clean and update supplies every day (drinking water, toothbrushes, etc.)
2. Friendly staff who creates a good mood throughout your stay at the hotel.
3. A varied breakfast buffet.
4. The Gravity bar on the roof is a separate love!!! Insanely delicious cuisine and cocktails!!! Excellent waiters and bartenders!!! The morning and evening atmosphere of the bar will not leave anyone indifferent!!!
5. A local fluffy celebrity (kitty) who likes to visit the rooms :)
Fell in love with this hotel with all her heart🫶🏻
A good hotel with very affordable prices, a super rooftop bar (one of the main places of Tashkent's creative hangout), a pleasant team and good rooms. The walls are too thin, so you can hear the neighboring rooms quite well (if you understand what I mean), but in general, you can perceive it as a sound design.
A stunning hotel in a minimalist style. Super polite staff. Convenient location near the train station and airport. There's also a cool bar on the roof of the hotel. I didn't hear any noise from the bar at night, I slept like a baby.
Absolutely all the advantages that this hotel has (and they really do: nice design, clean, located in the center) do not matter. It's impossible to even stay in this hotel, let alone sleep! "It offers a garden, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar," stated in the description of the hotel, but this is not a restaurant and a bar, this is some kind of club from the 90s! The basses are hammered so that it is impossible to stay in a room on the 2nd floor! Drunken men and girls in heels are constantly walking up and down! We checked in at about 21.00, 2 o'clock we hoped to somehow get along with it, but we couldn't. At 23.00 we decided to change the hotel, at the checkout, the guy at the reception with a malicious smile said something like "well, we have fun," as I understand it, we are not the first to check out of this hotel without using the services. Of course, there was no mention of any refund. We were waiting for a taxi 10 meters from the building and even there the music was playing. I don't believe in any laudatory reviews here, this hotel can only be liked by avid ravers.
A great hotel, it can be seen that the new, fresh minimalistic design. Very pleasant staff, high-quality, daily room cleaning. In general, the hotel is always clean and tidy. The breakfast is varied, delicious, I ordered dinner in the room, it was also very tasty. There is not enough mini-refrigerator in the room, otherwise everything is there, you can ask for an iron and a board if necessary. Maybe I didn't have enough lighting in the room, but it's for taste and color, of course. A nice bonus is a cute local kitty))))
The best hotel in Tashkent in terms of price/quality/location/service ratio.
Cozy rooms, friendly staff, and a chic rooftop bar with panoramic views of the city.
I definitely recommend it!
A modern, pleasant hotel. Very clean, well cleaned. Responsive staff. I liked everything!
The only thing missing in the room is a chest of drawers. There's nowhere to put the laundry. And so everything is super! Thanks!
A hotel for fans of minimalism and black-gray-white aesthetics!
Very cool and comfortable rooms, beautiful patio with motivating graffiti.
Well, the main fiery plus is the hotel's restaurant on its roof with maximum openness at 270 degrees of view, which in the evenings becomes a cool bar with music, dancing and cocktails! And I absolutely don't care that this is just the 5th floor - the way it is equipped creates a maximally positive vibe for the modern generation with a flair of freedom, independence and responsibility!
The hotel is generally very good. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
But! I had a room on the roof, like I lived in a birdhouse😄 And the worst thing was that I didn't have windows! More precisely, it was on the sloping ceiling, but it could not be reached and it was firmly closed with blinds.
It was as uncomfortable as possible for me to live without sunlight. The benefit is only 3 days.
Everything else is fine 👌
The hotel is not bad, suitable to stay for a couple of nights, conveniently located, very good breakfasts, good bathroom facilities - there is a lot, including a bathrobe, slippers and a shaving kit
Minuses
1. Small rooms
2. Very good acoustics
3. There is a very good bar with a rare set of single malt whiskies for Uzbekistan, which leads to the fact that everyone walks there and the wild noise costs up to 3 nights, especially on weekends.
It's a nice hotel, clean, but in my opinion the rooms are too expensive. But for those who like to sit up late, it's a plus. Since there is a bar on the roof, with a great view of the night city.
It's a great place, clean, and the breakfast is small but good. The only negative was that the only window in the room was in the wall. But it was quiet, and I rarely met anyone in my block.
A nice hotel with excellent staff. We lived in Building A, the room looked like new, although the hotel is already 4 years old. Conveniently located: near a shop and an ATM. There are also national cafes and expensive coffee shops nearby. The rooftop bar does not prevent you from falling asleep early, even on a Friday evening. There was just not enough room in the room. There was one suitcase, but I was constantly tripping over it...
The rooms are nice, clean and modernly decorated. Among the disadvantages – there is very little furniture in the rooms, there are not enough closets. There is a great bar on the roof of the hotel
Sapiens Hotel my rating is 4.5.
Positive:
- convenient location
- good rooms and cleanliness in them
- in general, good service, although it is lame in Tashkent. The girls at the reception are gold, the boys are not very..
Of the minuses:
- very thin walls. In one room they sneezed, from another they wished "Be Healthy"
- the breakfasts are weak, especially in service for an additional fee. To get, for example, a Latte (at a price of 30,000 soums (for price comparison, in a restaurant in the center, this is a good portion of barbecue), there must be a barista on the spot, who is often not a whim to start breakfast. And even if he is in place, I did not wait less than 10-15 minutes. So, the hotel needs to work with the service in the restaurant.
A luxury hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Very stylish, with a minimalistic interior. Buffet breakfasts are included in the price. There are pleasant balconies and an open-air high bar😱😱😱 And there are also cool cats in the hotel
New hotel, very friendly young staff. Well done! Everything is clean and thoughtful! Good breakfasts, you can order according to your taste. All requests to the staff were immediately satisfied. Thanks! I recommend
A good hotel, located 20 minutes from the airport, a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, breakfasts for every taste, and you can also have breakfast prepared only for you personally what you prefer. Each room has a TV, air conditioning, personal shower, if you want tea/coffee in the room. Next to the hotel there is a cafe with a varied menu from European to local cuisine, very tasty samsa
The hotel is 🔥 cool, modern, comfortable... special thanks to the reception staff-young, active, beautiful 😍... I will definitely come back and 100% recommend ... the breakfasts are delicious!!! Cable TV is an opportunity to combine relaxation and watching movies that you don't have enough time for at home ... THANK YOU
A magnificent stylish hotel in the city center. The guys at the reception are just super, everyone is friendly and positive! The room was clean. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast (buffet).
In general, I really liked it, it is clear that the entire hotel team is trying to provide the best possible service. Thanks for the rest!
A nice new hotel, with a minimalistic interior and nice features :) and a great location in the city!
Excellent breakfast in the loft-style bar on the 5th floor, with panoramic windows and a sliding roof.
The room is clean, and clean after cleaning, powerful, comfortable slippers!
The bed is huge and comfortable. The pillows are slightly uncomfortable.
Marusya the cat lives in the hotel :) and there is an amazing courtyard, with a beautiful young plane tree, with interesting graffiti on the wall :)
At first, everything was fine. And it's even good. The staff is friendly. All wishes are taken into account when checking in. But what happened next proved that, in principle, the administration does not care about the interests of the guests. They rented the basement for a drunken sabbath and it was impossible to disperse it until 5 a.m.
- [ ] The complete absence of sound insulation and ventilation in the rooms. It feels like someone is living an active life and cooking in your bathroom
But the most disgusting thing is that on one of the two nights, the hotel Administration rented, most likely illegally, the basement for some kind of drunken sabbath. Completely ignoring the interests of the guests. And this is in the complete absence of thermal insulation in the rooms. Three times a night I had to call the Reception to at least some kind of order. Unfortunately, they had no influence on the guests. Conditional silence was achieved after 4.30 am after a real attempt to call the police.
In general, you need to understand that in this hotel, peace and sleep will only be a dream (when you move to another hotel)
A new modern hotel in a trendy Loft style. Wonderful delicious breakfasts on the roof. The staff is very friendly. On Friday evening it was noisy as the window was above the exit of the hotel.
I do not recommend the most terrible hotel in Tashkent. The reception is very rude and they lie to you brazenly looking into your eyes. A young girl with glasses who stands at the reception is very ill-mannered. Dear guests of Tashkent, I do not advise you to come to this Hotel 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
There is little space for parking cars, the hotel itself is very small, the restaurant is located on the 1st floor. It's a little uncomfortable and cramped.
The hotel is very nice! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast, the bar is open around the clock, very convenient) the only thing missing was a refrigerator in the rooms.
Great hotel, clean, the guys at the reception are great, friendly, helpful. It was on the 20th of March. The rooms are tiny in standard. The breakfasts are good.
A good hotel, the location is especially pleasing, you can quickly get to almost anywhere in Tashkent, regardless of which part of the city you are doing. And plus, the guys from the reception are very cool, especially Dildora will solve any problem
A great stylish hotel in the city center. There are rooms of different levels. And despite the fact that we took the cheapest in the attic without windows, we were as satisfied as possible. Everything is clean, neat and stylish! Breakfast is a sumptuous buffet on the top floor with panoramic views. Maximum recommendation!
It's NOISY, it's impossible to sleep!
Everything was fine until Friday came... and the madhouse began.. This hotel is turning into a club, with music BLARING all over the building, it's IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. At the same time, there is no one at the reception, only a bouncer-face control, which filters people going to these dances ... trash... it would be possible to slap one star for this, but otherwise the hotel is not bad, except for a single window in the wall and terrible noise insulation - you will hear EVERYTHING that happens in the corridor, and a lot is happening there, from text messages coming to the cleaner's phone, to the steps of everyone passing, I'm not talking about voices and so on... if you want to get enough sleep and relax, I would not advise you to come here, especially on Friday! I don't know, maybe there's something like this here on Saturday, but I'm not going to check - I'm getting out of here tomorrow!
A good modern hotel: good location, brand new and modern rooms, centralized ventilation, clean and has everything you need. A cozy open-air bar is organized on the roof. The staff is polite and helpful. The only negative is breakfast. The room in the basement is very small for such a hotel. It quickly fills up with people and runs out of food. The breakfast staff is slow: the tables are not cleaned for a long time, the food is not taken out immediately. Assortment for 4-. If you come at the end of the breakfast period, there will be no food at all.
Next time, I'll probably stay here. I really liked everything, especially the stairs around the elevator. At first, I was not very satisfied with the location, but please note that Chaikoff and Human house are just around the corner and do not miss these places. There is also a fruit market and a capital bank nearby.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, with a crisp bed and a giant bed. Towels were changed every day. The breakfasts are great, booking didn't lie. Diverse and always everything is beautiful and appetizing, and most importantly delicious
. P.S. If you have a lot of things, then you are not in this hotel. Everything is minimalist here, and the hangers too.
P.P.S. I have all my hands scratched by a cat that lives in the courtyard, but I am happy that she is so playful and has never refused to keep me company.
A favorite hotel !
Intimate , clean , cozy , modern!
Everything is always at the highest level!
Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. Great rooms. Everything you need for a great vacation

I recommend this place for those who are calm about the local Uzbek flavor in hotels. Everything is "trendy" here - from the design of the rooms to the fantastic rooftop bar. There are breakfasts (very nice view of the mahal), and evening parties, where guests can get in for free (and the parties are good - closed events for a chat of their guys - designers, marketers, IT specialists, etc.). The service is excellent. The price is above average, but it's worth it.
My favorite hotel in Tashkent.
There is good energy there.
It's clean and cozy.
Nice bed and pillows.
I love the bar at the hotel.
I have a suggestion for the host: include in the lists when the client stayed at the hotel more than 5 times a year)
Well, the restaurant across the street also pleases with national cuisine.
That's what!!! Change the curtains to a blackout
