But in 2023, the Internet from Sarkor became terrible: constant failures, low speed, etc. Maybe there were objective reasons for this, but it does not make it easier for me, because I work online and I am very dependent on the Internet.
In November 2023, he was forced to change his provider. And since then, I have not known grief: no failures and hassle, everything works stably. And the tariffs are more profitable.

The speed is constantly jumping, then it is normal, then it falls below the baseboard, they react very slowly and unorganized to requests for a call from an electrician. I called so that the fitter would come to throw the cable to the other side of the house, as a result, the fitter came without keys to either the basement or the attic, and even at 19:40 and calling in just 15 minutes! He came, scratched his head and left, what he came for is unclear. As a result, it has been 3 days, the problem has not been solved. Terrible service, terrible Internet, in general, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Tech support does not understand anything, they always blame the client, even with a top-end router (of course, not from the provider) and over the wire. It's not even close to working or playing games.
They do not provide the speed stated in the tariff plan. When contacting technical support, they tell fairy tales because of the slow speed to servers in Europe. However, on the phone via LTE, I get a speed higher than that of Sarkor via cable.
One of the worst providers today, they don't take phones in the call center. Neither operators nor technical specialists can solve the speed problem. The speed in the external network over the wire is 1-2 Mbit/s. Follow the template or restart the router, or change the router.

The support is even worse. They were taught only the words "dear subscriber". If you really respect the subscriber, answer at least the questions, and it sounds like a mockery: dear subscriber, we don't care about your problems, we will consider your request within 2 business days (not a fact at all)).
Not to mention the little things, even to change the tariff, you either need to wait for the end of the period, or abandon the tariff (the money will burn out) and reconnect.

The date was 29/10. And after waiting until November 3, I decided to call the call center again and ask for this particular operator. He said that there were noises and small malfunctions in the signal and said that tomorrow it would work as it should.

I'm already silent about the fact that I can't just rush home from work to sit at the computer, try to configure something remotely, or just figure out where and what the problem is! That is, it is not convenient for me to wait for a call from them. I, as a person who is guaranteed service under the contract, want to be helped at least during the day! This is not happening. I call on the 3rd day, I say that I think it will turn off, I explain that this problem is not mine, but theirs, because I thoroughly studied the whole issue on my own! After a rather long explanation that there was no strength left to endure it, I was assured that if I didn't get a call, I needed to call myself after 00:00 at night (just think about it) and they would connect me with technical support)))) And then, having already decided that it's a matter of principle, I'm waiting for 12 at night to call... 4 TIMES IN A ROW!!!! 4 times I called!
