The cleanest and most free beach in the vicinity of Batumi. There are smaller pebbles, incredibly clear and transparent water! There are sun beds and umbrellas for rent. Parking spaces are also always available. The landscape is very beautiful, and the sunsets are simply magical!
The beach is pebbly. The sea is clear. A place for divers. There are rocks with a good underwater world. On the beach there is a paid shower, changing cabins, sun beds and umbrellas. There are no toilets. Shops and cafes are located in hotels near the beach.
I recommend it to everyone who goes to Batumi - the sea is not comparable. In Sarpi it is the purest, you do not want to go out, but the views of the mountains))) of course, the highway and the post to Turkey spoil the view, but the sea more than compensates for this disadvantage. Now at prices, sun beds are 5 lari, an umbrella is 5 lari, the sun beds are clean (they were wiped with us for those who left), a changing cabin with a shower of 0.5 lari - inside is clean, there are hooks for clothes. The beach is clean, the man who rented out sun beds, cleaned the beach, all the twigs, cigarette butts from unscrupulous vacationers, can not be compared with Batumi at all. There are plenty of cafes, you just need to have the Internet and a little desire to find a good place) Taxi from Hilton Batumi to Sarpi via Yandex GEL 23. I highly recommend it)
We drove for 40 minutes, at 8.30 we left by taxi (GEL 14-23). the beach is pebbles without sandals for swimming, there is nothing to do, the sea is clean, the sunbed is 5 GEL, there are cafes nearby, shops, from the minuses of the truck, I did not see a toilet, there is a shower locker room (for a fee symbolically) do not approach the merchant in orange underpants, imposes his services
Very clear azure water. A pleasant pebble that does not cut the feet. Steep descent into the water. There are not many people. There are sun beds and umbrellas. Changing rooms and showers are paid (GEL 1-1.5). View of the Turkish cliffs. The beach is clean. There are no good establishments nearby
The cleanest beach in Georgia, but one "but "
You relax as if there are trucks, trucks next to the pond... And if drivers from Georgia turn off their engines while standing in this wonderful town, then drivers from the former Soviet republics didn't give a damn about it...
And so the cost of a sunbed is 10 GEL and an umbrella is the same.. The beach itself is large and small pebbles..
Sometimes you can get to local performances or celebrations that take place on the beach for lack of space . Which is very cute and authentic.
I recommend it!
The cleanest sea in Georgia! If you swim, then only here! There are few people, the sun beds are inexpensive for 5 lari and the umbrella is small, too, 5 lari for the whole day! Take only a drink and a meal, there are only a couple of cafes.
Clean water in the sea. But strong waves. There is a parking lot nearby. The shower and locker room are paid. 2 sun beds and an umbrella 30 GEL. There are many trucks traveling nearby to Turkey and back, from which the air is heavily polluted
I really liked the beach. The cleanest and warmest water on the coast. The most beautiful landscapes. There is everything you need: sun beds, umbrellas, showers, changing rooms.
A good place, thanks to the rocky beach, the sea is very clean. However, while you are swimming, you will be watched by truck drivers who stand in two rows, up to the border, and of course, drivers do not need to celebrate, except on the shore, there is no place else, therefore all the ensuing consequences, for example, the smell (((
This is the best beach in Batumi. We visited it in the middle of August, the water was around 27-28 degrees. We spent the whole day there. It was possible not to get out of the water for hours. We got there by city bus No. 16, I do not recommend driving here in my car, because because of the trucks queuing at the border crossing to Turkey, you will have to go there in the oncoming lane and there will not be much place to park the car... Or choose a taxi. But the beach is definitely worth a visit!
This is the second year I have been in Georgia, Adjara, and Batumi. Of course, everything last year was a pleasant surprise. But still, if you take the sea, then Sarpi and its beach is the cleanest and most transparent sea. Yes, there is a drawback in the form of a road above the beach, but this is nonsense.
A clean beach, a lot of trucks on the road (border), few vacationers, unlike the neighboring beaches closer to Batumi. There is nothing to do here except swim and sunbathe, local eateries do not please with their cuisine, you need to go further to Kvariati.
Nice beach. The loafers seem to be 5
Clean water . There are not many people. there are several shops in the vicinity and a pharmacy. We took the bus.plus or minus a bus is as fast as a taxi.
It's a great place! The purest water, around the mountain. Small pebbles, sun beds for a fee. Parking is problematic, as everywhere else, but you can always find where to park your car.
The cleanest beach and the cleanest water. There are very few vacationers. Friendly locals. There can be no comparison with the beaches of the Black Sea coast. Yes, there are few shops and entertainment, but for a rest "belly up" or "booty", that's the thing 👍
A dirty beach, jellyfish swim, there is no entertainment and good cafes or restaurants. I do not recommend it, wasted time, but in general you can swim, I dived with glasses and found 10 GEL))) under water)
A beautiful beach! The Turkish border is on the left, a mosque is visible from the shore. The beach is not crowded. The water is clean, the shore is pebbles. They mostly come here to cross the border, and not to sit on the beach, but in vain. The water is the purest
The beach is like a beach, nothing special. The water looks beautiful from above, blue. But, in my understanding, proximity to the customs highway cannot ensure the purity of the water that everyone is talking about. Relaxing on the beach and merging with nature is also not particularly possible because of the sounds of trucks at the customs. There are really no cafes and shops. So nothing interesting.
Oh yes, the border! This is a great option for those who are nostalgic for the 90s) Crowds of baggies and farcists scurrying back and forth and cramming into the local bus. There is also little interesting in Turkey from this side - only bazaars, clothes and a murdered village showing the shady side of tourist Turkey. For fun, you can take a walk, but no more.
A pebble beach with picturesque views of the Turkish mountains. The beach is clean, located near the road. There is a border and customs checkpoint nearby. There is a pharmacy and a couple of cafes. There are changing rooms on the beach, and there is a shower in them. Sun beds in autumn 2023 for GEL 5. The entrance to the water is not very convenient. The water is clear, cleaner than in Batumi, big jellyfish were caught a couple of times. It's not crowded, but it's not a wild beach either. There are a couple of sellers of corn, berries, corals (shoes for entering the water) on the beach.
Visiting the Pebble beach in Sarpi is not just a vacation in nature, but a real gift for body and soul. This is a place where you can forget about all your worries and enjoy the moment, immersing yourself in the magic of sea beauty and tranquility.
They say that the sea is the cleanest here!
If you climb up to the village itself - charming views!!!
I recommend you to visit!
Yes, and Turkey is very close!))
Great location, beach, clean water, comfortable descent to the water.Parking costs 1 GEL for the whole day.
It is better to park at the beginning of the beach as trucks arrive at the border and there is a chance of being blocked by trucks that queue at the border
The cleanest sea on the Black Sea from Georgia. Only there are no shops, small shops. One pharmacy that may not have medicines. The cafe is higher up the hill, to the left of the border.
A strip of pebbles and the purest sea. There is a customs office, a highway and many trucks nearby. A couple of cafes across the street.
But the sea is awesome
It is 40 minutes by car from Batumi, the sea is much cleaner than in the city itself, it is not so crowded. You can be in Turkey in 5 minutes across the border
one of the main advantages: quiet and peaceful, there are no screaming vendors of pastries and fruits. however, there is noise from the border highway.
the water itself is really clean, but we were unlucky: there was a lot of garbage floating, brought from the sea (there may have been a storm). but this is a matter of chance, so take into account the weather before you arrive
if you want to take a sunbed, bargain, we were offered 2 sun beds with an umbrella for GEL 15, but we brought down the price to 5 for everything. I think it can be done even cheaper
due to the coastal debris, the impression is slightly spoiled, and it was not possible to experience the expected emotions
It's dirty. We arrived and garbage and sewage flowed from somewhere. Those who swam earlier said that this had not happened an hour ago. It means that there is a pipe somewhere and it is simply drained into the sea from there... Everyone has moved away from the rotovirus....
I haven't been to many places, but the border is great because you leave Georgia and in the same building, 100-150 meters later, the Turkish customs office. Very convenient.
To be honest, there is a beach and people use it, But I will say for myself after passing the border and customs posts, I want to gallop further and further from there
A beautiful, picturesque place. At the time of visiting the beach it was cloudy and there were big waves, but it still turned out to swim. Unfortunately, we witnessed a tragedy. A young man drowned. In my opinion, the search for the body was not successful. Well done rescuers walked along the beach, warned that the waves were strong, asked not to take risks.
One of the best beaches in Batumi. Clean, few people, there is a stall with drinks. The beauty is indescribable. The advantage is an unusual experience to relax right on the border of the two states.
The beach is located on the border. Not equipped. Behind the road to Turkey and....a string of trucks.. resp., noise, stink.
Also, the Georgian Coast Guard corral runs intermittently on the water part. He stands up to the buoy for fun and smokes.
In general, we did not appreciate the beach on the highway
Of course, I am a simple person, but I can appreciate something, we lived in Batumi, and went to Sarpi, I really liked it, as they say, it went down, the water is more or less transparent, to a depth of 3m
The pebbles are nice, there weren't many people in August... you can buy food in cafes and bistros, but we really took our own
Here, for 200lars, housing for 4 people and with a kitchen can be rented, Parking is 10lars a day
It is much better here, compared to Kobuletti, Batumi, but at the expense of silence, a doubtful point is that all sorts of attractions do not buzz, so cars at customs honk often
