Reading the reviews, I can't help but share my opinion.I have been traveling with this company for more than 5 years and during this time I have never encountered such problems.As for me, a very comfortable bus , all conditions ,food ,Internet ,coffee - tea and stops every 3-4 hours .The drivers are kind , they will answer all questions and help .There are some passengers who are told which products they cannot take, but they ignore the words of the drivers and then tell customs that it is the fault of the drivers that they did not warn.I don't understand this.I am very happy with the SVS company and as before I will travel with them.Thanks to the guys for their work and patience.
The most disgusting company, NEVER go with them, was traveling from Moldova to Moscow, firstly, because of the long queue at customs, they walked 2 miles to the border, the other bus did not even meet people on the other side, all people from other companies transferred to minibuses without payment, this disgusting company did not even take people a young mother with an 8-month-old child was traveling with us, asked for boiling water, to which she was told, "actually, you should be with your water," they gave coffee to people on the second day and also drove everyone outside to drink in the cold, for 40 minutes they stood in the cold, those who refused to cross the border on foot, they turned off their stove, they opened the doors all over, in general, UGH
23 09 decided to go to Moldova. I sent a copy of the documents in a day, booked a ticket. As a result, I arrived at the bus station in Salarievo, got a ticket without payment and let's go. The money for the trip was collected on the way. It turned out that my passport was valid for 2 months, no one told me about it, Latvia did not let me in. They left me at customs without money, it costs 5 tons to customs. They took 12,000 from me. Finished company and drivers. They don't help with problems on the road. It turned out that a lot depends on the drivers. The return trip to Moscow turned out to be much worse than the trip home. The drivers of the double-decker bus were rude. There were no stops to eat. When asked to stop at a cafe to eat, they said eat a hot dog at a gas station and that's enough for you. When asked to turn off the air conditioner at night because it is cold and impossible to sleep, they were rude again. Definitely not with them anymore. Bus number CQE333. I booked a ticket from Moscow to Moldova in advance, indicated the places to be on the 1st floor, so elderly parents, so that it was convenient to go outside, issued tickets on the 2nd floor when traveling, the 1st floor was half empty, parents asked to move because on the 2nd floor it is motion sickness and inconvenient to go outside, drivers were rude and did not they allowed it, when ordering a ticket, they say tea, coffee, croissants, lunch, it's all a lie, the attitude towards passengers is rude, I do not advise you to go, this is the most terrible trip
Maybe it will help someone to be more attentive with the chosen company.We were traveling from Moldova to Moscow, you can keep silent about the service.There is no WiFi, tea, coffee, like poor relatives at the bottom of a cup, otherwise there will not be enough water for everyone, there were about 30 people traveling, there were babies and then they did not have boiling water.Upon boarding, I was told off that I took a lot of luggage, and I am ready to pay if required at the border.On the way , 14 people were picked up by us , after passing the Russian border they were dropped off . The drivers announced that those who go to St. Petersburg are coming out .As a result, arriving at the Salarievo Bus Station, my one bag was missing, to which the drivers shrugged that they did not keep track of the luggage, who takes what.And you should generally keep an eye on your bags in the luggage department.As it is, bags are counted when boarding, take as many as you want when disembarking.The drivers got in and left.That's what my trip with this company cost.There were things dear to me in the bag and I consider this company's negligence.Who will return my things to me?!My luggage cost more than a ticket.Very charmed.
I am surprised at the courage of the people who embark on international flights with this company, across many borders. Yesterday I refused to go even from the south of the country to Chisinau. Due to the utter inadequacy of their driver Sergei, who was late for an early flight, at 4.30, and when they called him just to ask when to wait for him, this character on the blue eye was rude, sent and hung up. Their approach, apparently, is "where are you, cattle, going, you're going anyway, you need to." I didn't go. I wrote them a letter, and they didn't even bother to call me back. How people risk relying on the mood of their drivers to travel abroad with them, when there may be various situations along the way when the driver may need help and support, is a mystery to me. I wouldn't risk it. I once met a friend in Moscow who came with them, she was also outraged. I didn't think much of it at the time. But it seems to be the order of the day for them. Collect the money for the trip, and then be patient and as lucky as you are. It is correctly written below that the company does not even try to pretend to take care of its customers. With this approach, an obvious outcome awaits them.

In general, I was going to Moldova from Moscow on April 6, called the dispatcher a week ago, booked a place, sent a passport photo and voila-200 € and I'm going home. At customs, it turned out that the passport had been expired for 2 years and, of course, they did not release me anywhere further than Russia. So I go up to the drivers and broadcast that guys, the joint is of course mostly mine, but your dispatcher Tatiana also loved this moment, too, which means I'm ready to bear losses of half the amount (although we drove 650km in total, and there's still 3000km ahead) To which they replied, there is no money, but you hold on, although I personally gave the money to one of the drivers. In short, the head of this office gave a decree: do not return the money, write off half, and for the remaining 100 euros, at the first opportunity to dump to Moldova again, you will need to pay another 100 euros and again be happy to hit the road. In short, I make a white passport and after 3 months I call this office and ask me to register for a flight, but it wasn't there, turn away from the gate, they say there is red tape at customs with white passports, we don't take anyone with us, they say. Fuck you, I think, I'm calling Sonya, the dispatcher of the Taraclia- Moscow flight, explaining the situation to her, the girl immediately signed up for the flight without any problems. As a result, I went to Moldova with them. By the way, there was a similar situation with another passenger, he was dropped off at the Russian customs, so the drivers returned two thirds of the ticket price to the person without unnecessary questions, that's the attitude for you.
And now what I want to say first of all about Svs.md the guys just got fed up, customer orientation is Zero, I will describe the attitude towards the client like this, you come to the store and ask the seller to sell you the right product, because you brought the money, but you also need to beg this seller to give you due attention.
In general, the company looks like a candy, but inside it is completely indifferent to customers. I didn't want to write all this, but on the way back (I still went with svs.md because of these fucking 100€)after about 6 hours, I realized that the air conditioner on their bus said hello to me with fever, cough and sore throat.
As a result, with all this kit, I made it to the Russian customs, then asked one of the drivers about the fact that I would need a pharmacy in Russia to buy at least paracetamol for myself to bring down the temperature. To which the answer was received: dude, there are forests and fields ahead, which pharmacy. And when I found out why I needed it, I didn't offer a single pill to help.
In short, as for me, from the dispatcher to the management, I did not like the company, although the buses are more or less fresh, and the office is modern, but the necessary comfort is not created by the crew, just another wallet for them. Flight Chadyr-Lunga - Moscow, I will not recommend them to any of my friends.
But the former flight Cahul-Moscow, now Taraclia-Moscow, I can recommend for a trip, the same modern bus, and a team of drivers who create comfort and mood for passengers, because you need to spend almost 3 days on the way. And you decide who to choose, it's just my experience of traveling with two different carriers.

I chose this company for a trip from Moscow to Chisinau and was extremely disappointed with the trip. The company does not deal with comfort and safety (including the safety of luggage).
