Best ponchiks in Yerevan. It's the best place to go to when you're wife doesn't know what she wants to eat and you don't want to go to a fancy restaurant.
04/14 p.m. I came here to eat, but I ended up leaving in a bad mood! I ordered a fireman's cutlet through the terminal. On the issue, it turned out that there was no availability, it was just being prepared, they said to wait 10-15 minutes. I asked for a replacement for something at the same price, but they refused. 20 minutes passed, I came over, it turned out that the cutlets were not ready yet, I asked for a refund, because I had no appetite, no mood, no time. The manager and the girl at the checkout told me that it would be in 3 minutes. She came up to me 5 minutes later, in a rude tone, almost throwing the girl on the issue in my face (in my opinion, her name is Lilith, she worked that day in a black suit) She told me to take my cutlet. The cutlet turned out to be raw inside!!! I went over and informed the manager about this, the manager turned to this rude employee, to which she replied very rudely: "Save De chi uzum." All this time, I've been trying to get a refund for that poor cutlet and just run away from this place. To which I was repeatedly refused. As a result, it was replaced with another cutlet. The mood is very bad. Have a conversation with this rude employee, she's not only rude and almost throws food in her face (I've noticed it many times!) He also works very slowly and communicates with colleagues during work instead of serving clients. I'll never come back here again. I've never felt so humiliated because of one cutlet that I paid for and waited for for half an hour!!!
Previously, they used to take "banana with cottage cheese" and "banana with nuts" cakes all the time. 02/28/2025 once again we took these wonderful cakes for tea and...It was not pleasant to find a hair in EVERYONE. I do not know if it was something synthetic or if it was real hair... but it is disgusting!!! I'm not going to take anything else from this institution and I don't advise others!!! Thank you for the wonderful tea party!
"Sas Food Court" is probably one of the best food courts in Yerevan. I've been to several and it's always the same picture - cheap enough, delicious, but most importantly - huge portions!
It's an extremely popular place, there won't be any places during rush hours, let's just say. The range of dishes is very wide, as for such a compact institution: there is an open fire section (kebabs, kebabs, shawarma), a baking section (desserts, pita bread, tortillas), ordinary food (side dishes, meat, fish) and a bar-filling section. The price tag relative to the prices in the SAS store itself is acceptable, and the quality and taste of the dishes is beyond doubt! Parking nearby is a whole attraction, so it's better to walk)
Good food for little money. There are many dishes of Armenian and other Caucasian cuisines. Delicious bread in the bakery. Well, fast food: sushi, shawarma, burgers. They cook everything right in front of our eyes.
A somewhat unusual payment system. First, you punch in the cash registers and then go and change the receipts for food. It's not very convenient at first. It's hard to remember what to take where.
Delicious, clean, the staff is good, they know their business, you can try a lot of delicious dishes and sweets. There are a lot of people there. They serve quickly, but when there are a lot of people, you have to wait a little bit, but it's worth waiting. Everything is great. Thanks for the work.
Delicious, clean, prompt, close to home. Of course, it's silly to count on the restaurant level, this is a dining room with an EXCELLENT choice, price and quality of dishes. Lamajo, by the way, tastes better than in the popular tun lamajo on northern Avenue (which is rare for such places). Shish kebab / meat / lula / salads / side dishes - everything is delicious, fresh. Wonderful pastries - pancakes with toppings to choose from, pies, donuts (the freshest, baked in front of you!). In general, for such a place 10/10! With the caveat that this is a food court. 🌭🍦
A very cool food court near my house! It's always very tasty! There is ready-made food for every taste. Fast service. The prices are average. I recommend it to everyone!
We had a vacation with my wife in August 2023. I was just pleasantly surprised by such quality and assortment, you don't have to leave here at all. I have not seen such a variety and choice of dishes anywhere, neither in Spain nor in Italy.
It is 3 times worse than the food court itself near the Yerevan Mall. And the portions are smaller, the service is worse, and the food itself is worse.

Very clean, very tasty, the portions are large, the staff is very polite
I recommend
Thanks a lot to the staff and good luck
Reasonable prices, delicious food. Excellent tortillas baked in a tandoor. The staff is friendly. There are always a lot of visitors, but for some reason I have never had a case that there was no free table.
You can't really call a food court, although people specifically go there to eat. In general, Armenian women are lazy and almost all of them buy ready-made food. Maybe that's a good thing.
There is no quality of service, everyone comes to the munat, they do not want to answer your questions at the checkout. Sitting alone, they count the money. Thanks to the chefs for at least making delicious food.
We lived next to the SAS on Komitas. There's a currency exchanger inside with the best exchange rate in Yerevan. They changed money there. We had dinner at this place every evening. The food is hot, fresh, pita bread is baked right there, kebabs are fried in front of you. There is a very large selection of dishes. There is Wi-Fi, and an outdoor veranda. Prices could be lower. The place is still not the cheapest.
Terrible food court, garbage dump. We went here several times because it is near the house. At the checkout, they punch the wrong price, which is indicated in the menu. Terrible queues, little space, mediocre food. Especially for such a price tag. Once a piece of cardboard was found in the lasagna. A man sitting next to him said that he was the director, and took the plate to look at it. As a result, I just returned the plate without solving the problem. And today I found something iron and round in the mushroom soup, with a diameter of 2 cm. I don't know what it is, but I felt it with my teeth. I took it to the distribution, they didn't even apologize to me, they just gave me a new plate. But thanks, I didn't have any appetite anymore. I could have broken a tooth altogether. While waiting for the soup, a girl in street clothes walked behind the counter. It's a disgusting place, we won't come here anymore!
Delicious, local food. Armenians just don't know how to cook tasteless. Each dish is a masterpiece! I got hooked on julienne, kebabs and desserts. I recommend it to everyone!
Unsanitary conditions !!! Not organized!!!
I came in a couple of times and always the same picture on all food distributions.
Employees serve food, pick up receipts through dishes that are not covered, and when talking, drool flies on this food.
Who took lamajo here knows how to cook, right on the table with a construction spatula takes minced meat from a bucket and smears it on pita bread, also puts a bucket on the table on which the pita bread was just lying, then naturally a bucket of minced meat on the floor.
And there is always a queue because the manager, instead of organizing, also serves food. Who has seen this picture.
The food is wonderful, the prices are pleasant, the staff was disappointed. I don't understand how you can be so slow. The queue for issuance can take a huge amount of time. This is not an option to quickly drop by for lunch on a business day. I waited 28 minutes for a ready-made plate to be handed to me from the showcase. The poor kid with the check is probably still standing there...
High-quality cuisine for every taste. But the queue is almost always long.

A large selection of dishes. There are sushi, soups, meat dishes, salads, pastries and many desserts. The cost of omelets ranges from 600 to 1200 drams, depending on the filling.
It's not really suitable for me because the menu is not from a healthy diet. It would be worth adding some dishes without garlic and onions. And another thing that is not very good is that it is almost always noisy.
