The quality is average, cable TV services cost 19 rubles for 100 channels, of which only 9 can be watched, plus they still grab money for some kind of service....as a result, more than 240 rubles a year comes out for the bottom, which is when there are enough analogues and it is significantly cheaper, so I recommend that people look at alternatives before you sign a contract with them
