LCD Satti is a cozy and warm house, kindergarten, school, bus stop, everything is nearby. The brick house is very warm.. the yard is fenced, you can let the children go and not worry

I do not recommend buying an apartment here. There is no hot water in the new attached part of the house. Problems with the developer.

The biggest plus is the ideal location. Nearby Zhannur, Magnum, Artyom, stops (you can easily go to the left bank and the central market, Metro, Eurasia, Meeting)

A large Playground inside the house, not a passageway. Quiet and convenient area. There are few parking spaces, but there is paid parking.
