If you cancel the order because the buyer has changed his mind, you will receive a refund. But, if after a while the buyer still decides to buy and you do not change the order status, then your site will be blocked for more than a month and the commission for the order will be deducted. How will they know that the order has been completed? It's very simple, they call each of your clients and arrange an interrogation, and if the order is actually completed, even if the client contacted you a month later, they will block your site, without trial.It is useless to explain anything to them, many sellers have already fled from this platform, I will leave soon too, I do not want to work with this unscrupulous company.Now there are a lot of opportunities to create your own website and set up ads. Be careful and do not mess with them, you will not get good sales from them, but it will take a lot of money, believe me, I know what I'm talking about!!!
