There is no gym. There are no conditions. The room is not ventilated. There is little space and only a minimum of exercise equipment. The pool is nice. There are "own rules" for visiting and according to the schedule. Fitness room 6.50 and swimming pool 7 rub. I recommend a swimming pool, but a fitness room is not recommended.

Today, on 01/14/2024, we applied to the Saturn IC (pool) in Vileika in order to swim in the children's pool with a small child at 11:55. Two employees met us on the threshold with the words "Why did you come here, the session has already started, at 13:00 we are leaving for lunch!" While we were undressing, the employees repeatedly told us that we should have already entered the pool at 11:45 and left at 12:45 because "THEY LUNCH from 13:00". To our question: "Should we leave?" My little child and I will not swim for 45 minutes and WILL NOT DETAIN THEM FOR a PRECIOUS LUNCH, even though it is still an hour away. Not only did they meet us in a rude way, they also said: "Anyone who comes to the children's pool SHOULD HANG THEIR own outerwear in the wardrobe for a child under one year old). This raises the following question: "How should young children hang up their jackets on their own?". After our words "Well, you have a service!" With a dissatisfied face, our jackets were still hung up. We left the pool at 12:40. We did not hear banal apologies, only rudeness.
This shift made a terrible impression, the mood is spoiled, this is the attitude we get for our money!
We were also in the pool on 12.01. We were met and told everything, shown (the first visit) by two lovely, pleasant, well-mannered, friendly women (another shift), so we decided to come back again, please express our great gratitude to them!
We came to Belarus on vacation from Russia and expected that we would receive decent service for our money.
