And we paid the money for the spare parts and for the work. In general, 70 thousand rubles. Never contact this office, and God grant you, employees, what you deserve!!! How can you do that at all... Where's the conscience?

I bought the missing parts right there, at reasonable prices. All the work and consultations were carried out at the highest level. The installation is lousy, there are gaps, it sticks out there, the rear speakers have confused the left with the right, and the Chinese are blamed for all this. There are no guarantees for either the installation or the product. For the removal of their jambs (warranty), 7 mowers were stripped.
In short, they are rare beauties, I do not advise you to get involved. Take care of your money and nerves.
The installation was on 07/24/2024 and I asked about a non-working camera on 01/22/2025 (phone call) and on 02/03/2025 I came to replace it because you have a queue. The camera is guaranteed for six months, so your excuses are irrelevant.

They have a good electrician, but I do not advise you to contact them in the paint shop! The price there does not match the quality. In '23, they produced the color of three units and took 45t for it. And in the spring, everything bloomed... They did not refuse to redo it, but they also did not undertake to constantly push back the deadlines for the delivery of the car to the paint shop. As a result, I went to other people and repainted everything in a new way! So I wouldn't trust them with anything more serious than an oil change! Don't step on this rake!
