A murky organization. There is no office, no location. They send hired cleaners without a contract and specialized equipment .. I ordered cleaning after repairs, left the facility, got a call half an hour later, they said that the cleaners had "changed their mind" about cleaning and were leaving. They don't even have a place to file a complaint, they don't have an office, they didn't give me a contract.. When asked where to come and leave a complaint, they say that they have neither an office nor a location. They can take out half an apartment and then you won't find anyone. Avoid it...

I want to share my impressions about this company.
I've been renting out my apartment for almost 4 years. Everything seemed to be fine at first. But in the last 4 months of renting, the apartment has been turned into trash. I just trusted people, but in fact, people were already going to move out, decided to rest and not clean up after themselves.
So I had to get acquainted with cleaning. Fortunately, there are enough advertisements now, I saw, called, read, and after 5 hours 3 people came to me, one woman washed the windows, and 2 more were fully engaged in cleaning. 2 rooms and a kitchen and another toilet. From about 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., they were with me. I didn't even think that they would be able to clean it all up so cleanly. But it exceeded all expectations. Thank you girls. Now I don't want to give up. If someone needs such cleaning, please contact us, it couldn't be 100% better. Thank you again for your prompt response.

I designed the cleaning of the apartment after renovation with a window cleaning service. I have previously agreed on the time and method of payment - payment by card. The specialists who came to clean looked like people whose pipes were "burning" after another binge, after a couple of hours of work, they began to talk that they allegedly needed to pay part of the money in cash, although initially there was no such agreement. After 5-6 hours of "work" I came to accept a job and, to put it mildly, I was shocked. Not only did they not really clean anything, all the walls were covered in dust, the windows were covered in protective film and paint tape, which they needed to remove, so they also managed to damage the wall and peel off the paint (see photo). Representatives of the company agreed that the damage was the result of the work of the SAUBER GROUP specialists, but they did not want to reimburse the purchase of paint and the work of the painter.

I ordered cleaning from this company. The manager recommended express cleaning, and took my wishes into account in terms of time and date. The cleaner arrived on time, polite. When cleaning, I asked to remove the cobwebs in the hallway and, if possible, remove the stains on the painted wall. When accepting a job, the cleaner said about the stains that she tried to wash them, but without special chemicals it is not possible, and I forgot about the web. After the cleaner left, it turned out that the cobwebs remained on the ceiling, and I washed the stains with an ordinary dishwashing sponge soaked in water without any detergents at all. At the same time, I was satisfied with the quality of the work done in other matters.
Also, this company has a peculiar approach to cleaning, wipe, wash and launder these are different types of cleaning, as it turned out. When working with other cleaning companies, such issues never arose, everything was simple and understandable.
In general, I do not recommend it.

I do not recommend it!
I ordered a general cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom. However, in the end I got a so-so cleaning and chemical-burned faucets...
It seemed that the cleaners were being cleaned for the first time at all, I constantly heard from a woman that "It does not wash off", "I do not know how to wash it" (to hear from Prof. kliner is a shock to me!), even with glass in the cupboard, there were some difficulties, in particular in general, then I repeatedly had to specify where and what to wash and wipe.
The taps burned then came to be polished, one mixer had to be replaced (at the expense of the clinkers), because polishing did not help him anymore. Thanks for that, although it would be better to just do the cleaning properly... After fixing their joints, the company kindly made a discount and asked to pay only 50% for all this "cleaning". The whole process took 1.5 weeks! 1.5 weeks of time spent on correspondence and phone calls, waiting for one master or another to fix the taps. Naturally, the emotions are terrible anyway, I was very upset. Plus, I can only name one, these are the administrators, they were polite and helped solve the issue. That's it.

I cleaned everything perfectly, very quickly, even washed the vacuum cleaner (although I did not specify about it, I did not take an additional payment for it) I am very grateful to her and the company, I will definitely contact you more than once!
