The Savlukov Factory is a furniture manufacturer of upholstered furniture, I purchased a sofa from this factory and I can recommend it for purchase and the main reason is a customer-oriented organization, the team solves issues that arise after buying furniture and without claiming any additional payment for making changes to the design of furniture already in the buyer's possession. And if in more detail and to make it clearer, I bought a corner sofa "Ego" and after using it in the first month it became clear that there was a kind of sliding effect when landing on seat cushions having an oval shape. As a result of contacting the furniture salon that sold the sofa, we received feedback from a representative of the factory management, factory employees arrived, took the pillows and returned them a week later. Technologists worked on the pillows at the factory and as a result, changes were made to the composition of the pillows and the ovality of their shape was eliminated. There is a positive effect and the inconvenience of landing has been eliminated, we have received the expected comfort of the sofa. During repeated telephone conversations with the representative of the factory, the head of production Mikhail Petrovich, from the moment of the first delivery and further after questions arose during operation, we always had a specific conversation on the merits of the issue, which is extremely rare now when there are claims to the quality of manufactured products. In this case, I can't even say that the sofa was poorly made, it's just that apparently the shape of the pillows was oval and gave the effect of sliding, and maybe it shouldn't have been on my initiative to change the shape and, most importantly, the height of the legs, but they became 5-7 cm higher from the height of the legs going in the standard version. And those choosing the corner sofa "Ego" should take into account the oval shape of the seat cushions, it is good to try out the fit on the exhibition sample. Thanks to the management and staff of the factory, up to the furniture deliverers who perform their work with quality, friendly and attentive attitude to their customers. Sincerely, Alexander G.
