For budget travelers (wild tourists and business travelers), a very good place to stay. Practically, the very center. The price tag, by local standards, is democratic. The breakfast is plentiful (as is generally accepted here). In the evening, you can go down and get yourself something for tea at the reception (free food, of course). There are always some buns and fruits there.
