In terms of price-quality ratio, the place is simply amazing. The apartment has everything for a full stay, including a washing machine, refrigerator, stove. The staff is polite and helpful, a welcome drink is served upon check-in, and toys are given to children. The breakfasts are quite good, the choice is decent, you will not stay hungry. There is a lounge on the roof: a recreation area and a swimming pool, the territory is not large, but well-groomed and tidy, the Burj Caliphate is visible. There is a transfer to the beach and to the Dubai Mall. And all this for a small amount of money by Dubai standards. We have a solid top five!

We had a rest for the New Year holidays. I really liked the hotel: everything is there for living and living. The staff is polite and helpful. The arrival was early, we checked in as soon as we arrived at the hotel, without waiting for 14.00. Our departure was, on the contrary, late. According to the rules, it is necessary to vacate the room before 12.00, but the reception clarified, the guys allowed us to rent the room without any questions after the beach was located (the bus from the beach returns at 14.00), arrived, washed, packed, went down closer to 15.00.
We had breakfast included, also quite varied for a 3* hotel. Dinner was prepared in the room. Metro: there are two stations within walking distance, as well as shopping centers. Beach - 20 minutes by transfer. Sun beds and towels are provided at the hotel every morning.
A great hotel for pampered tourists! Thank you very much to the staff of the hospitable hotel!
