The hotel and the surroundings are very tired. But that was the end of the negative impressions. The rooms are very cozy, perfectly equipped for life on a business trip and on vacation. Microwave, stove, washing machine with drying function, refrigerator, iron, toaster, necessary utensils, etc. There is everything! Special respect for the service. The bed is of good quality, changed every other day, tea, coffee, sugar, a bottle of water and hygiene supplies are replenished every day. The pool is small but clean. And also a great location. There are a lot of supermarkets in the area, two metro stations and a decent shopping center Burjuman Mall.

a cool hotel, despite the two stars, you feel like you're in a 4-star hotel for sure. maybe, having been in 4-5-star hotels, I will understand what the difference is, but even so: very cozy, compact rooms; pleasant service, employees are very polite and will always respond to your requests and questions (they would only like to correct the pronunciation in English)); there is a transfer from all hotels of this chain (there are about four of them, like) it's very convenient to go to the beach and back. every day they come to your room and clean (change towels, give soap, wipe the dust off the table)
I would also like to thank the hotel for the luxurious, hearty, healthy breakfasts included in the price of the hotel. take a plate, go and collect different delicious food.
there is a swimming pool on the top (R) floor. small, but nice, clean. nearby there is even less with a Jacuzzi. there are sun loungers, clean towels are provided. there is also a sauna, a sauna, a shower, and a toilet, all divided into female and male, of course. from the floor without a roof, the view opens almost to the whole of Dubai).
inside the hotel, pleasant Arabic music is playing in the corridors. during the day, there is a huge carafe of water with natural lemon and mint on the table (cups next to it). this is so that you come and cool off from walking.

The rooms are clean, the bus takes you to the beach 1 time a day, the staff is nice. The hotel is located in the "Indian" area with appropriate cafes and restaurants around. If you are not a fan of Indian culture, then there may be difficulties. This should be taken into account. Metro and supermarkets are nearby, but there is nowhere to go and walk around. La Mer Beach is a 20-minute drive away. To the center by metro 40 minutes. I do not recommend it for recreation. It is better somewhere closer to the center / beach. Probably suitable for work.

Nice hotel! It is perfect for non-beach exploring Dubai. The staff is very Friendly and will always help and tell you, rumservice is excellent. There is a basik on the roof, a hammam and a sauna, two areas for sun beds, one near the pool and the second slightly higher up the stairs. The breakfasts are simple, but you can always eat, fruits, coffee, everything is there. Dinner is simple, but again, you can always eat. Fish is fire. Transfer to the beach every day. La Mare beach, there is a transfer to the outlet and all sorts of other places, the metro is a 10-15-minute walk away, as is the old town with a bunch of shops and cafes. The standard room is nice and spacious, about 40 meters, there is a kitchenette, washing machine, microwave, toaster. The bathroom is 8 meters. The view from the window is not cool, but it does not bother much. The bed was huge, room 411. It's a little noisy if someone is making noise in the hallway, but everything is calm. The sleeping place is separated by sliding doors and you sleep well in general, the curtains are a complete Blackout) it's definitely worth stopping by and not steaming)

The hotel itself is normal, but relatively, since the walls are literally made of cardboard and the doors too. Very good audibility of neighbors and everything that happens in the corridor, and Arab children are running around and screaming endlessly. In addition, Arab families are loudly discussing something. Even if the room is not for smokers, it will still stink. There is a small pool on the roof, but it is packed with Arabs and children like sprats in a barrel and they are also talking loudly there! If you like to sleep sweetly, then you will not succeed. The distance from the exchanger and the store is 10-15 minutes, the most for a walk. The beach is far away, only the transfer is free from the hotel. Check the schedule: at what time to pick up from the beach, sometimes they change the time. I had a room with a kitchen, I cooked everything myself. There are all accessories, a washing machine, but no relaxation. I do not recommend this hotel.
