This place is located on the food court, next to the bar. It offers delicious shawarma and a wide range of other dishes, including burgers. Shawarma prices are average in Vitebsk. One of the disadvantages is the long waiting time, which can reach 20 minutes with a large number of people. However, the food here is very tasty, and I recommend giving it a try.

I didn't like it... From the service to the shavuha...
the shavuha is not tasty. The cake is dry. The meat is like plastic. There's not much choice.
The location of the food court as a whole is quite unfortunate. If from the parking lot, go up the stairs from the Euroopt... I didn't even want to go.. Such a jerk... And the icicles are yellow... 😫
So, if we take it as a whole, then there is a lot of one star... But for me, Shawarma City is a weak three... I want to believe that they are not the worst

I always took shawarma here and was satisfied. Yesterday (03/16/2025), after ordering a shawarma, I noticed a new shawarma chef. When I got my shawarma, I was shocked to say the least. One pita bread, not properly wrapped, there is little filling. After eating a quarter of the shawarma, I realized that nothing would change and I did not intend to eat one dry pita bread. I came over and asked to make the shawarma properly. To which the seller replied that this would not happen and it would be easier for them to return the money. The staff service shocked me even more. Don't go there anymore!

I went for shawarma here (in the building of the "Blue House") for more than a year, delicious shawarma, but not all chefs, but it was not critical. Today I went as usual. Nothing foreshadowed trouble... I was going to eat, and in the bag with the shawarma there is a receipt for another one. Hesitating, I returned with the words that this was not my order. She asked me to put it on the scales. Instead of 400 grams - 370... The cook was told to redo it, and he remembered that I asked for less sauce (because of this and less weight) THROWS it back to me! This attitude towards a regular customer is, to put it mildly, surprising. I don't want to go there anymore.

Their shawarma is one of the most delicious for my taste. I wanted something new and I ordered a vegetarian (there are mushrooms, carrots in Korean ...) and asked for an addition of meat. It turned out very tasty!!! There is a lot of meat, sauce in moderation, pita bread is remarkably boring. And I will note separately a very good packaging.

The shawarma itself has 4 options, but there are several additional additives, such as cheese, mushrooms, or hot sauce. The products are always fresh and delicious.
