A very good place for 2*!
Important: for adults, with small children, I would not recommend it.
And be sure to take the superior, not the standard.
Excellent location, city center, within walking distance: markets, exchangers, seven eleven 2 pcs, and family March, several markets, massage parlors, hiking strip, beach, ferry to Kolan, central Festival, free access to the pool on the territory of neighboring Savasdi Siam, delicious and varied breakfast with excellent light soups, the rooms are air-conditioned,
as well as there is a refrigerator with a freezer in which water is brought to you every day, there is a safe and a thermopot. In the evening, you can sit at tables on the roof of the hotel while actually finding yourself on the street and drinking local drinks to watch the diverse evening life of Pattaya, there is nothing to do in the massage parlor opposite :) there is free parking for a scooter with convenient entry and exit, friendly guys at the reception, if you did not come to live in a hotel, but only to have breakfast and spend the night and before going to bed to have a drink and walk around the center, breathing in the nightlife on the embankment or in the alleys of the center, then you will not find a better place! I'm going there for the third time! :)
I didn't like the hotel! I felt disgusting there. Although there are still advantages - this is the location, a very spacious super rior room, the rooms are quite clean. About the cons - this is a terribly murdered hotel! Of course, we lived in many places, but I have not seen hotels in such a state yet. For me, it's better in hospital rooms. I didn't want to go back there. The underwear is all grey too. The corridors are the same as in Russian dorms. We took a hotel on the cheapest tour, we went to the islands ourselves. But we spent three nights here, the feeling is disgusting.
The breakfasts are passable, without variety. Rice, paper sausages, some vegetable products, eggs, toast, fruits.
The deposit was taken 1000 rubles. They returned it without any problems.
The staff themselves are very friendly.
You can go swimming in the pool to the neighboring hotel, 3 minutes. But everything is also patched up.
A cheap hotel in the center. The perfect location, free transfer of guests to the room, not too tasty breakfasts, walls, doors, furniture are quite old. There is hot water, the curtains are good, thick, the air conditioner is working, there is no elevator, the windows of room 202 are on the quiet side, the refrigerator is large, there is a kettle in the room, 2 bottles of water are brought every day.
As there are two stars. The location is certainly good, the center, but the tables in the restaurant are covered with oilcloth, there is nothing to eat except toasts. For the buffet, rice, boiled ham, disgusting sausages. Pineapple and watermelon are made of fruits, which you can't get enough of. The juice from the drinks, which made the child vomit. Cleaning is lazy. Although the reception staff is friendly. In the bathroom, the shower is not fenced, you can wash all the plumbing at the same time, you will not be able to store toilet paper and dry towels, you will not be pampered with toiletries. Our Windows overlooked the technical courtyard. But frankly speaking, we did not come there to sit in a hotel, so everything is normal for this price.
The main advantage is the budget.
Breakfast - you can eat without a gastronomic orgasm.
Rooms are cleaned frequently and cleanly.
A great option if you are constantly absent somewhere on excursions, beaches, islands and come only sometimes to sleep, as we did)))
Location- central Pattaya. The beach is 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The pier is still 7 minutes away by tuk-tuk. On some days, there are direct tuk tuks to the pier through Volkin Street. By the way, Volkin is also just around the corner. A few steps away is the night market. The Central Festival is three steps away. In general, everything is nearby!
The hotel is old, in need of renovation, at least whitewashing. But the staff is very kind and friendly. Maybe I would still stay there for a stay, very convenient location

The hotel justifies all 2 stars. The room is of course small, the shower is Asian. But a comfortable large bed, air conditioning, hairdryer, standard English breakfasts. The towel and linen were cleaned and changed daily. The staff is very friendly.
An inexpensive hotel, conveniently located in the city center. The condition leaves much to be desired, but is compensated by the hospitality of the staff.

For its stardom, the hotel is just great! Yes, the rooms have battered furniture and appliances. But it's very clean!
In addition, there is a hairdryer and a thermal hood in the rooms. And this is not even in many three-star hotels.
The breakfasts are quite satisfactory, the coffee and juice are excellent.
But the main advantage of "Sawasdee Sunshine" is the location! The very center of the city!
Not really!!! There are rooms without Windows, ants crawl, everything is terrible old, the shower is generally kapets, the tiles are all mildew at the seams, the bed linen was changed once in 10 days (on day 8) in a word, I do not advise you to look for something else, and so the location is good, you can say that in the center! 😉😁
