For the first time I had a vacation in a threesome in Turkey. I chose the hotel only because of the price and excellent rating. Initially, I planned to stay in a new 5-star hotel, but the dollar jumped, and I wanted the sea. Wonderful reviews bribed me and I decided to buy a tour to Sayonora. I looked at the room stock, everything seems to be decent in the photo. But there are no economy rooms in the photo. When booking a tour online, I paid for the standard room Eco room. Being sure that I was paying for the standard (in the name of the standard), but after paying for the tour, I read a new tourist review, where she painted all the delights of this room in colors. To say that I was upset is to say nothing, I couldn't live in such a homeless shelter. Although I'm not sitting in the room. Moreover, I was vacationing with my family with a child. I immediately wrote a letter to the hotel asking them to change the room upon arrival. At the same time, I did not expect in any way how much it would cost me. I'll say a platitude - the theater begins with a hanger, and the hotel begins with a porter. The pleasant stay at the hotel depends on how well-disposed and friendly this employee is to the guest, on his willingness to help. The Russian-speaking woman at the reception, Early, behaved disdainfully, and very arrogantly, charged the amount of 170 from the threshold!!! dollars for the exchange of the number. At the same time, did you sound harsh and uncompromising, expensive? Well, then I can't help you. In short, this attitude was not only towards us, other guests also complained about extortion on her part for rooms, and she had already asked for $ 20. I asked for chocolates for a quick check-in), and it's funny and sad, of course... I still paid extra for the room, no savings came out, for the amount that I eventually rested in Sayanor, I could have rested in a normal 5-ke, the difference was just the amount that I paid extra for the room. Well, the miser pays twice, it's her own fault. I'll be smarter next time. Well, the keys have been received from the supposedly best room for this hotel, let's go to the room. The door opens and the first impression is the smell. The smell of freshness and cleanliness! Everything is normal here.
The third point is the bed and bed linen. It doesn't matter to me if the upholstered furniture, table, chairs, curtains match, I'm not going to be in the room during the day, but the place where I spend more than one night should be PERFECT! A soft, clean mattress, a lump—free pillow, almost new bedding, is my personal hotel paddock. But here's the problem, the mattress in the room was not comfortable, sagged in places, my back ached after sleeping, the bed seemed to be clean, but the bedspread was old, washed, stained, and without a duvet cover!! I am attaching a photo. If you are as squeamish as I am, take a duvet cover from home with you. The towels were gray, although not all of them, new ones were also brought. The floors are sticky. I think it's because of the abundance of floor cleaner. The rest of the room is normal, the furniture in the room is new.. There is a balcony, I like to sit in the evenings sometimes. The kitchen is normal. Of course, there are no baking pancakes, porridges, but everything is very tasty, especially for a threesome. There is meat, there are salads, we tried beer from alcohol, nothing like that. Although I don't know much about beer. It is better to sit outside, as the restaurant is a la Soviet dining room interior. I really liked the service in the restaurant. All the guys, the waiters are just great, very attentive, friendly, never left without attention, they themselves came up and offered to bring drinks. For this, a big and fat plus for the hotel. The contingent of the hotel, - in the middle of October there were only Russians, although everywhere they write a German hotel. Mostly people of retirement age. Therefore, I recommend this hotel to this category of people. No cattle, drunk, quiet and calm. The sea is close, but the sun beds are paid $ 3 per sunbed. The sea is excellent and clean. We had a great rest despite the initially spoiled mood. Unfortunately, there is no desire to return to this hotel.

The hotel is no more than 1-2*. The food is very poor. The rooms are damp and dirty. There is a bus to the beach only in the morning and back in the evening, i.e. in the afternoon or without lunch or on foot. There is a fee for food/drinks on the beach. Of the + only the location. We were in 3* Kakhya in Alanya, it is not comparable at all... On the very first day, a local employee got hooked with an offer to meet in the evening, the hotel administration, Are you normal at all?!... I am an employee of a travel agency, comrades, I definitely do not recommend it!!!

The four of us had a rest from 30.09 to 10.10. We really liked it, the food is amazing, the service is excellent, the waiters are guys named Bilal, and Ismail are very attentive, responsive, with an amazing memory.
The only drawback is that the beach is far away, you need to take a bus, they don't take you to lunch. If only they had taken me to lunch) that wouldn't be a problem. Eliminate the flaw.

I had a rest at the hotel in September of this year. I really liked the room, clean and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. I rate the restaurant highly, the food is delicious and varied. I express my special gratitude to the waiter Ismail. One disadvantage is the remoteness of its own beach.

I lived in the main building overlooking the pool, in the evenings, except Wednesday, there is no animation, so nothing interfered) I did not go to the hotel to sit, the main functions were performed perfectly - the food was very tasty and varied, tolerable alcohol, a good room with everything you need, polite staff) I recommend it!

The hotel is very conveniently located, near the beach, many shops, historical sights, cozy streets. There are several ways to get to the hotel beach: by bus, through the city, along the embankment, etc., you can change the route every day. Hiking is very necessary, especially after all sorts of goodies that you can not refuse. The hotel is very democratic, the staff is smiling, but they don't know Russian well (this is the biggest disadvantage). We had a rest in November. I will recommend it to my friends!

Upon arrival at the hotel, a Russian-speaking girl Early settled us in a neighboring hotel in a bungalow (although it is more of a barn). Thanks to the guide, our room was changed two days later. Early is the main problem of this hotel, it really spoils the image of the hotel with its behavior.
The beach (urban) is very close. The rooms in the main building are excellent. Cleaning every day. The waiters are very attentive and positive. The food is delicious, but not very diverse. Wi-Fi does not work very well in the rooms. The meal time is limited (possibly due to the covid situation).

The rooms are ordinary, the cleanliness is relative: the toilets smell, instead of a blanket there is a bedspread without a sheet.the staff is good-natured. For money, any whims. It's all good. The rooms are clean with nice new furniture. Rooms are cleaned every day. Towels are changed every 2 days. Nothing got into the room. I've been going to this hotel for 2 years. The only thing is that they need to tighten up a little, since there are few meat and fish products. Even on a Turkish night, they could not have included the German national anthem, since not only Germans relax in the hotel, it was the impression that this was a holiday for them. Well, we could have done better food on this day, too. Otherwise, the gorillas have screwed up... Who wanted to feed people for the next 3 days.... And you know the expiration dates.... There is a beach nearby with paid sun beds, right through one house, you can just sunbathe on your towel there, no one will kick you out. But the sea is dirtier there and there is a smell of algae. But where the bus goes, on the other hand, is very good. The sun beds there are free. There used to be dolfin beach, and now there is fool moon beach. Both beaches on the same territory are located away from each other. The only difference is that one is closer to the sea and the sun beds are almost right by the water. The water is excellent and clean everywhere. Swimming is a pleasure.

The hotel is just terrible. Don't get fooled by ratings and reviews. We are here now. The food is not much worse, the Egyptian threes are 2 heads higher. The staff are savages from the post-Soviet space. Why are they being hired at all. The only adequate people are Ali, a restaurant employee, a couple of bartenders and the director, and Grandpa the gardener. In general, not a hotel but a full BOTTOM.!!!, Do you want to throw money to you here who writes about good food apparently has not seen anything better. The rest is completely ruined. The photos do not correspond to reality, in 7 days the room was broken (toilet bowl, receiver chip,faucet)
